Great and fast service, and the restaurant itself is really nice. The chicken tenders were juicy and fresh — so good! The fries were just okay though, and honestly it’s not worth paying extra for the bigger fries and soda. But the tenders alone are definitely yummy!

I haven’t been to Zaxbys in a while. My kids and I stopped here to eat and it was AH-MAZING. The food was FRESH. The staff (Brandy, Ryan, Austin, and even the cook) were all kind, thoughtful, and QUICK. I love this location and it NEVER disappoints. Even their “off days” are better than most people’s best days. The people here are exactly why I keep coming to this Zaxbys. They make us feel like family! Thank you for your everything you all do to make it an enjoyable experience every single time.

I really should have put something on here a while ago but better than never. I would seriously like to know which team keeps screwing up orders. I order online so there’s no excuse for not hearing the order and my sticker says the exact inputs I made online so why am I missing a drink and my fingers aren’t sauce or the wings have the wrong flavor. Is it really all that hard to read. The team is incapable of performing diligently when under pressure from a bit of traffic. BTW it really isn’t that much the Culver’s next door has 10x what ya’ll have to go through and will get your order right pretty much every time. I just find it weird how somedays the service is amazing and then one day it’s not capable. That’s telling me that it’s a localized issue. Usually this stuff is top down and to miss a drink and other stuff it’s telling me multiple stations are messing up. Sounds like top down to me. Whichever manager is on staff(2/28/25 for today) should really be asking themselves what is going wrong. I don’t pay to miss large bits of my order. I expect the whole thing to be there. To put the cherry on top I’m only ordering for one person so it’s not like I’m ordering 5 meals. To the rest of the staff who gets the food out on time and the order is always right, you are greatly appreciated keep up what you’re doing.
