Ordered the Zack snack meal and sandwich meal at drive through. Staff was super nice but doesn’t make up for the fact that the food was just awful. When I got home to eat my partner said the sandwich was bad and they WAY over did it with the seasoning on the fries. When I was eating my tenders I came across a piece that was non edible and tasted and felt like rubber. What is this?! Immediately lost my appetite. Spent $25 expecting a decent lunch and got terrible food instead.

We stopped here on our way back to Tampa and were pleasantly surprised by the fast service, good food and nice atmosphere! The food was nice & hot!! I only took one photo!

For me to leave a review through for 20 minutes and switch drive-through windows because I literally thought I was a part of a prank. They never once took my order so I had to go inside. Once I got inside, there were five people waiting for their food For another 20 minutes. I finally had to get a refund because I sat at Zaxby’s for 40 minutes and could not get food. This is exactly what’s wrong, no sense of urgency, no leadership, and a lackadaisical atmosphere in the kitchen from what I can see. Ownership needs to get involved for certain!

We went for a basketball tournament and came in with a good amount of people. The wait was longer, which made sense because of how many people we came with. Something tasted off about the chicken. I think the grease tasted burned, but I can’t put my finger on it. The customer service was good though. The experience was not bad, just some things to improve.

House Zalad at this location sucks, hardly any chicken in it at all and the overall quality of salad itself is the same as what could be had from a pre-packaged one at Circle K. It is skimpy and pathetic. The Zaxbys Ranch dressing tastes bland and is skimpy on quantity. Told staff member and they just shrugged, so failure of management here also. Had also ordered a vanilla shake and while the size is good, the taste was just blah, unremarkable, I would not buy it again. Seems like this experience is the norm at every Zaxbys we have been at lately, so going to cross Zaxbys off our list and just go elsewhere for next couple years.
Edit to add, response to owner response: How about no? You could have addressed it here. You chose not to. Which is why you will continue to lose more and more customers and business as time goes on. Not my problem. ChikFilA does not have these problems and they handle their customer concerns without asking them to spend more of their time going to register it at another website. Your response here is just as poor as the experience at the Zaxby’s location.

This the second time we’ve visited a Zaxby’s and this time we had the Southern Surf and Turf. Not sure what Southern means but this was just Shrimp and chicken. Nothing special about it. We tried again to have a good meal but it wasn’t to be ☹️

Doesn’t matter what I order, the portion size is small. When I waited for 35 minutes for my online order, that is when I gave up on this restaurant. At first I am off to the side, but after 10 minutes I am at the register, but still nobody would help me for the next 25 minutes. They place the online orders on a wooden shelf, mine was not on this shelf. I finally asked an employee where my order was. Somehow it was tucked behind the shelf, where she had to look twice before finding it. She said sorry, I replied, yes this restaurant is sorry.

I Ordered a salad that didn’t have all the ingredients on it that was supposed to have along with the wrong dressing plus extra dressing I paid for . I called back and spoke to the manager and was told to come back with the receipt and it would be made right. I was not told that I only had three days , so I returned after the fact with a receipt and the picture of it and was told that I was “SOL” because the time frame had lapsed . Needless to say, I won’t be back !
