I literally just got back to work. All I ordered was a chicken bacon ranch fry, no bacon.. There was still bacon, which is cool. OK everybody makes mistakes But the extra seasoning on the fries was not asked for. I only had 10 minutes before I had to be back to work so I figured I’d grab something quick since I knew what I wanted & Zaxbys is always a GO TO for me.. not today. I couldn’t even eat the fries because of all the seasoning salt.

$19.87 for some mediocre fried cheese curds and a regular 4 piece chicken tender combo with tiny tenders. The value and quality provided for the money spent is not there in any shape form or fashion. Especially with another chicken restaurant in the same shopping center. This will be the last time I go there

UPDATE : DO NOT order delivery! One of my family members has ordered through Door Dash at least 5 times and almost every order is wrong or missing something! The (drink) cup was 50% ice. This isn’t the driver’s fault of course. Disappointed and downgraded review to 3 stars.
Original review: Though I don’t like waiting 5-10min in the drive through for the order, the wait is worth it.I ordered 2 salads (Cobb with crispy chicken & House with grilled chicken) in the evening on 6/27/23. I can’t find another drive thru restaurant in Fleming Island that offers an actual LARGE fresh salad.

Went here the other day with my wife. I got some spicy fried mushrooms and she ordered some grilled cheese sandwich with fries. The fries were crunchy and delicious. The grilled cheese was also pretty good and The mushrooms were phenomenal! They are my favorite at this place. The bathrooms were really clean. Also the service was really fast and we got our food within 5 minutes or so after ordering. I’m definitely going to come to this one more often!

Stopped by the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a fried chicken house salad, some of the lettuce was wilted/old and tasted like grass, there was water in the bottom of the tray, the chicken tasted like it was old and no flavor. I love Zaxbys, but this location is not up to par as far as I’m concerned. I used to go to the one in OP for yrs and there was NEVER an issue w anything I’ve gotten there. Fleming Island needs to step it up quite a bit if they want me to return, not the 1st time i wasnt happy w my meal!!

Ordered the zaxbys tacos and got home and the liner of the container looked moldy and like it was dragged across the floor or something. Absolutely disgusting…why would you give this to someone and think it’s ok. Threw it away and will not be going back. That’s atrocious….

tiniest salad ever in a different, smaller container. The grilled chicken on the sandwich was maybe 2 oz., doesn’t cover half the bun which appears smaller too. very friendly and efficient staff though.

I had a large order. Whoever the girl is at the drive thru at 12.30pm… is incredible. Not only was she quick to take my order. My order came out hot and fresh within literally 5 mins. Best experience at Zaxbys.
