i never leave reviews but this was ridiculous they close at 10pm..we got there at 9:19pm to pick up our mobile order..they had the doors locked, the drive thru lights off & the dining area lights off. the whole zaxbys area looked closed. we waited at the drive thru..no one said anything, they were hoping we would leave. so we spoke up, & they answered. we drove up & our order wasn’t ready so they told us to pull up by the door, we waited about 10 mins then they came out w/ the wrong order. we told them what we had then they said “oh okay i gotcha”…came back 10 mins later..WITH THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN. We finally get the right order after the 3rd time & 25 mins later. the food was cold by the time we got it. not once did they offer an apology or even a complimentary cookie or something. they just laughed it off.

Only 2 salads to choose from. Big Zack Snack looks like a kids meal. Was told the weight in fries was decreased. Absolutely ZERO flavor. Fries at least used to come with seasoning. Not any more. Spent way too much for what I got. I will never go back.

The overall atmosphere was good but I’m so tired of establishments with sticky floors. It’s pretty gross when it’s not just noisey as your shoes lift from the floor but to feel some friction too is more than enough.

Ordered signature sandwich meal. Drive through went fast. Sandwich was awful. Chicken was cold, bun was hard as a rock. Fries were cold and soggy. If I didn’t need to be somewhere I would have went back for a fresh meal.

First time at this Zaxby’s. I generally order online for my crew at a different Zaxby’s every week somewhere across the southern US. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to retrieve my 10+ meals and find empty cups with my order. When I inquired as to why the drink order was not fulfilled, I was told that they where too busy to fill that many cups.
