Has to be the most crusty and over cooked sandwich. Buns are stale and dry. At least the food is hot but it’s not fresh. Portions are very small for $11. 2 stars is being generous.

This was absolutely horrible. I would have thought something on a military installation would ensure food quality was good. This was the 2nd nastiest Zaxbys. The quality the temperature was all terrible. Old fries that were colder than room temp, they were soggy. The 3 piece tender I got came in 6 or 7 pieces (see picture) most of it was very old pieces that had been sitting out. I would say unless there is absolutely no other options STAY AWAY!!!

Went through drive through on 2/4/26 and the girl Alliyah was rude. Spoke very fast yet had an attitude like she didn’t care about my questions. Then after waiting 5 minutes at she window she rudely told me to pull forward then rolled her eyes when i asked how long. Absolutely terrible how are guest supposed to feel welcomed? Awful. Don’t recommend.

Food was horrible! It was overcooked, the bread was sooooooo crunchy and everything was way too salty – even the bread! By far the worst Zaxbys in the area but the service was exceptional. ♀️

One of the best salads I have had in a very long time. Everything was extremely fresh and freshly prepared. No wonder everyone likes Zaxby’s. Generous portions also. Nice touch with hot garlic bread. Please bring Zaxby’s to Ohio!! Only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is because the floors were greasy.

First time coming to this location, and it was packed! Very busy however, the food came out quick! And it was so, so good!! I used the app and was able to get the tender meal with toast for free and it was worth it. Most Zaxby’s locations bother my stomach but this? Delicious, fresh, cooked. Will return, I see why it’s so busy.

Amanda is the one who helped me today, I want her to receive the credit for this review. I believe she was the manager for the day (02AUG25).
I called requesting a catering order and she was extremely helpful. She also had an amazing customer service personality. Even when she had to go do stuff for her job she took my number down and actually called me back to continue to help. I showed up early but the order was ready right on time and they helped me bring everything out. Amazing establishments with an amazing team.

I had the quesadillas, it was a pretty good meal, tastes fresh and the cheese bites were pretty good too. Some good atmosphere to hang out and a pretty decent service. Would recommend for a quick bite
