This is THE BEST Zaxby’s I have ever been in. Friendly and helpful cashier in helping to get the mobile app to work when having an issue placing the order due to an error with the toast even though neither one of us could see the issue. The food was fresh and hot. We were traveling thru so I don’t have the opportunity to be a regular at this location even though I wish I could be. It is so much better than those in my area. Great experience!

I don’t know why but the past few visits to this Zaxby’s location. I felt very skimped on the fries like how is it that I’m going to “go big “on the fries and switch coleslaw with fries and it’s the same size either way, I’ve ordered it without the go big and with the go big and it’s the same size no matter what it’s just a rob of an extra $.60 so if you do come here don’t give them any more money than their default items. This is a common problem ( 5 times a month eater) 1/5 I get it right. Maybe try a different chicken place if you are someone who likes values

This place is total trash! 2 times getting food from this place and they half ass it totally! The first time they don’t bring a sweet tea out curbside I sat there 15 min. Just waiting on a tea. I finally had to call. They said we don’t check the tablet. The second time was tonight with manager Sharon working. 4/10. Crap food. I get my fingers tossed in bbq sauce. It’s in teriyaki. Disgusting! The franchise owner needs to check on this place because it is literally the worst Zaxby’s I have ever had! They need to get it together because it is so bad! Got a 5 finger plate and literally tossing what you see in the picture!

Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time. Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt. I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience.

Food is pretty good here. Love to just get some good chicken tenders some times. Service could be a little nicer. Atmosphere is ok and it is a pretty decent price. Would recommend drive thru and not sit down.

They lock the doors an hour before close but don’t disable in store pickup in the app or put up a sign that the door’s locked…. kinda annoying.
Sometimes the food is amazing (perfect seasoning, temperature, size) and other times it’s just okay.
