Well to begin this I’m upset because I’m in the hospital I wanted something other than hospital food so I told them not to serve me a dinner tray. I messed up because upon ordering I see no place to request extra ranch packets so as soon as I complete my order I called Zaxby’s and the man I spoke to said no problem I’ll make sure the extra ranch is in the bag. I wanted it for my fries. I had also ordered extra seasoning on my fries which was not honored. So I upgraded my fries to large to be dealt a double whammy the fries were cold, hard, without much seasoning at all, and no extra ranch. I attempted to use some from the kickin chicken sandwich but even that was pretty dry. The meal was a disappointment and a waste of my money. This was nearly 20. After fees and tips etc. plus I didn’t eat my hospital meal cause I’d sent it away. Prices have gone way up but the service seems to be on a decline. It’s really sad. The only good thing about my meal really was the Fanta drink. Thanks for nothing Zaxby’s I’ll probably not return for a while I’m so upset about this I didn’t even eat anything except 2 or 3 fries and none of the sandwich as it too was just dry. Please do better. the young man confirmed my name on the order and rushed me up off the line by telling me what I wanted to hear I guess because he didn’t fill what he said he would.

Zaxbys in Moultrie is TERRIBLE!! Do not waste your time or your money on these heartless and rude individuals! Everyone who works the drive through, (including managers) and the ones takes orders through the line are RUDE!!! I hope they shut the doors to this place!! -10 stars!!

Allowing people not working to walk behind the counter with no hair net or any own in street clothes hand unwashed and been be hind the counter. Then had an employee bag up my order push it to the side and bag up one another order from the group that they know and hand it to them then go to bag another one of their orders. Until I stepped in and asked them to hand me the order they pushed to the side. Not saying it was a racist thing but the once getting special treatment and giving it was the same race or they are unprofessional under trained.

Went through the drive through tonight and what ever girl they had on the tablet at about 7:30 needs to be fired/not put on drive thru. She was rude, rushed through our order and stormed off with out making sure she had it correct (surprise she didn’t) when we got to the window the window staff seemed annoyed to be fixing her mistakes (I would have been too). Food was good as always but the experience with the staff was subpar at best. I would have given food a 5 but the interaction with the staff brought that score down.

The drive-thru attendant, a woman wearing thick glasses, was rude when handing me my drinks. I asked which cup was the Dr Pepper and which was the Coke, and she responded dismissively, saying, “The darker one is Coke—now go.”

I have no clue what’s going on at this place but the manger instigates any problems. The short girl at the window with the over bite has the worst attitude and doesn’t need to work in the front or in any customer service job dealing with people at all. This same girl over the summer cussed out a door dash driver inside the restaurant. Y’all really need to go view and listen to the short girl and the girl in the picture provided talking horrible about customers at 7:15:20 PM 4/8/2024

I’ve lived here my whole life and was embarrassed for my kids tonight. So after the two girls at the window in the front kept on your back kitchen staff then joined in on speaking rude loudly for the whole restaurant to hear for NO reason except to follow the lead of the short girl causing drama as she did over the summer. “About 45 more minutes” replied the cook to the girl in the picture. I never spoke on the time at all, all told them was they needed to be quiet in the back after they all started in on me and laughing at the cooks jokes bec they didn’t know what was said or done at the window. Its horrible. And needs to be listened to on camera audio from tonight. New night management is absolutely needed and the short girl needs to go at the window who also cussed the door dash lady out. The rest hopefully spoken with. No sauces or seasons. The owner really needs to realize what’s going on at this location. Bec from reading the other reviews this same crew doesn’t care what is said and done in front of kids.

I ordered a 20pc family meal with seasoning on the side barely got seasoning. Our chicken was very old and cold and the cheese bites where old and the cheese what hard in the middle. I didn’t pay almost 50 dollars for some run down food that isn’t worth it.

Today November 20, 2025 at 1:34 PM I went through the drive-through and the lady that was taking my order was so rude even when I pulled up to the window, I asked the lady that was giving me my drink who took my order and she turned around and said this one did I looked at the lady that took my order and said I said thank you, and she turned her back on me so freaking rude y’all working in public take a hint smile and be polite to people
