Craziness from the drive thru all the way to pulling the food out of bag.
Young lady outside at the drive thru taking orders but she can’t hear so you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Then it was pointless because it took longer then she couldn’t take my cash.
Get to the window and they struggle with the drink orders. They stand there arguing about what drinks are missing, meanwhile the tray is leaking which i showed the guy. He rips the drink out and slams it in the trash and demands the young lady to make another drink. Then I’m asked to pull up to wait on the order. After about 8 minutes in the drive thru, the guy came outside to give a curbside order then he came to the car asking me what did I order (I’m like what?) but he came right back out with the food.
I get to my destination and pull out the plate and see hair on my boiled egg. I paid extra for a boiled egg too. This was the craziest experience at any Zaxby’s.
Update: I take the food back to Zaxby’s and a different guy asked what I need, he was nice and apologized. However, the salad was remade and was sat in the serving tray but it sat for a while so the guy that placed it there told the guy from the drive thru window that it was there and he said I’ll get it after I finish. So I say I wished you’d just hand it to me since I’ve already had to come back out here. He eventually picked it up and see that the extra boiled egg was not in the tray and asked them to add it. I got my food and left finally.

Staff are always friendly in my experience and the seating is often very clean. Food has yet to disappoint me! Their Zalads are so delicious, I can’t help but get one almost every time. And I hope the egg rolls are here to stay!

Ordered curb side pick up. Had a lady walk out to my truck 3 times with the wrong order. Said it was going to be ready at 6:05. Checked in at 6:04. Finally had to walk inside at 6:20 to get my food with it just sitting on the counter. Got back to my hotel and my order was wrong. Sorriest place I ever been in my life. I’m from out of town, and I’m here working. I have gave this place several chances.

I ordered 4 Meals: 2 Big Zax Snak, Wings & Things & a Signature Sandwich. After waiting 15mins, we received our food, but we’re missing the Signature chicken sandwich & the 4th tender on one of the Big Zax Snax. I went inside to get it & it still hasn’t been prepared. They told me it was chaos due to the long drive-thru line with extensive orders, so they couldn’t even make the Fries fast enough to keep up with orders coming in. After another 15mins, an employee handed me “my sandwich meal” & I headed home to eat dinner with the family.
When I got home, I opened my Sandwich meal to find 3 tenders and fries. I had already waited 30mins, so I decided I was going to makethe trip to fix this problem, too. The new guy working the register actually took my wrong order, opened the box & picked at the food with one of the cooks in front of guests in the lobby while telling them to cook my chicken sandwich. I heard him ask the back to cook my chicken at least 3xs, but he only received laughs & was being made fun of the entire time I was there. The Assistant Manager saw the look of frustration on my face & asked what I was waiting for. He, then, also asked the back cooks to “drop a sig”. While I waited, he refunded my meal.
When I got BACK home the THIS time, I sat down to eat my sandwich but had trouble tearing it. Turns out, my Signature Chicken Sandwich that took from 8:48p-9:52p to finally make, was RAW in the middle!! I was OVER IT by then & knew they would be closed by the time I got back. I should have given up on my Chicken Sandwich after the first mistake they made because the 3rd one was completely ridiculous and should have NEVER HAPPENED ! If this happened to me, how many others are out there?! Their are plenty of other Chicken Restaurants around Thomasville. This chain should blow out out of the water, but continues to fall short!

I ordered a 20 piece figure meal with Texas toast and French fries. Half of my fingers were undercooked and I got about 14 fingers, one order of Texas toast and the fries were cold by the time I got home, not a very good experience, I have tried to submit a complaint with zaxby’s, corporate on several occasions, and they keep Meshing me around with these privacy requests, which amount to nothing.So I have played a ring around the Rosie for about 3 weeks now trying to get this resolved.Horrible , I will not shop here again. Even worse than corporate says a escalation was made to the local manager and then the local manager never gets back to you

This is the third time this month. We’ve had to drive back 25 minutes to pick up our food that they forgot to put in the bag. I don’t know who you have working your to-go orders, but you seriously need to fire them because they can’t read. Last time I’ll ever eat here ever. I’ll be sure to tell everybody else as well.

Zaxby’s just recently opened back up after what we though was repairs being done. Hubby took me to Zaxby’s for dinner. We’ve always enjoyed our food from there but tonight was a different story. First off, the cashier that waited on us acted like it was a bother to take our order. No smiles, no thank you, nothing. We got our cups and went to get our drinks. Both of the flavors I wanted were out, Coke and Mello-yello! Not to mention the machine needed cleaning! Then we went to sit in a booth and I sat down and the seat half way collapsed! He got the Chicken tender dinner which was much smaller than usual. I got the new shrimp dinner which was small as well and the shrimp was way over seasoned and you could tell it was fried in the same grease as the chicken. Needless to say this was our last visit there. It definitely wasn’t worth the money!

I normally enjoy zaxbys in Thomasville. However I ordered a wings and things and 2/4 of my boneless wings were hard and not edible at all, they felt as if they weren’t even cooked. The lady who took my order outside however was very kind.
