Terrible service. Employees are incompetent. Managment should be ashamed. Hour long wait in the drive thru to get a subpar sandwich. Asked for extra sauce and it looks like they just showed the sandwich a picture of the sauce and called it good. Where do y’all find the people you hire? Lazy. These kids wouldn’t have made it one day working fast food 10yrs ago. How the standards have changed.

The assistant manager tonight (10/14/25) and her crew really exemplified great customer service that is so often lacking these days. I wanted to commend them because just small, seemingly insignificant acts of kindness can be the only bright spot someone experiences. Thank you to this team for being that bright spot and for serving a menu item that was fresh and not thrown together and served.

I’m use to Zaxbys being a bit pricey, but it’s because of the quality right? Not here. Came just for the fried mushrooms but I guess those were discontinued. Paid $18 and waited 35 minutes for a small soggy piece of fried chicken. Employees were rude – another customer asked about his food after waiting 20 minutes and the lady behind the counter snapped at him to just give them a minute. Asked if I could substitute my fries for anything else and was told no. Will never go to Zaxbys again. Waste of money.

After I ordered in the drive thru I waited 20 mins in line for 4 cars in front of me. After waiting that long In line my eggrolls were still frozen on the inside, and they were out of sweet tea at 9:30 and they don’t close until 10:30.

It is like it’s is every one’s first day but I can tell it’s not because how much they all hate their job. Services slow food poor quality. Should really just fire everyone and start from scratch should’ve saved the money from the remodel to get quality employees. Slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, we waited 35 minutes for our food. They had a very manageable amount of customers and were moving so slow. Bathrooms were not clean at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I waited 15 mins for a Zax snack whenever I received my food it didnt have no sauce. I asked for my sauce they charged me 50cent. The FOH manger was so rude and should not be working at the zaxbys franchise.

I just ordered 10 lemon pepper wings got 8 served waited 30 min in drive through only reason I gave the one star is bc I just called and got a free 5 piece wing…. Come on lake Park zaxybs y’all have become horrible… After trying to eat the 8 wings I don’t want the free 5 wings I will go to st Augustine or Ashley st if I want zaxybs after 3 p.m. bc y’all are hot garbage juice saw 5 people congregated at drive through window probably why y’all were backed up.

The worst zaxbys in the world. A bunch of kids laughing while your ordering through the drive thru, have to repeat the whole order 3 times, and completely disrespectful at the window with no attention to anything. Also printer is out of ink can’t even get your points for an order.
