Mr Jimmy Maupin needs to manage his location. 15 min wait in line with 3 people in front. They messed up the people in fronts order and I had to ask for a cup that i paod for and it was not the large I paid for. I said dine in, they threw it in a bag. The strips were the sizr of a nugget. No Ice for the soda. I guess the owner will milk it until the only customers they get are travellers.

The lobby is nice. Plenty of booth seating. I like that the lights aren’t overly bright and it has a calm atmosphere. The employees aren’t always the quickest, but they get the orders correct 8/10 times so that’s much better than some places. However I couldn’t give this restaurant a 5 star due to the fact that I waited for an employee to give me an order that was sitting (ready) on the counter for 10 minutes.

Dude. When they give you options for ice in your drink its for a reason. I asked light ice and my cup was stacked. 4 sips and drink was gone. Too much salt on the fries, my kidneys leave this review. Do better.

Bad costumer service had to get a refund and food never cooked all the way frize what so soggy and falling apart and wings was under cook and they had us pull up to weigh on 2 milkshakes, and they had it sitting there for 25 minutes, and they forgot about it. So I called while I was out in the parking lot and they said they just put the milkshake stuff in the milkshake machine, so I said, forget about it. So I left it and opened up my food. And took one bite and the fries was so soggy. It still tastes like freezer.And then all my food was undercooked the wings so I ended up getting my money back.They need to redo all employees and have grown ups work and not kids because every time I come to this zaxby’s, they always forget something or the food’s always undercooked, they need to have a whole new staffing and stop wasting people’s time and money Mcdonald’s don’t even have that much screw ups and they have better customer service, at least they cook that food

We left after waiting 10 minutes at the counter. 5 employees at the counter were gathered around one register and apparently not serving customers. The other register person was for some reason just standing there not taking orders. Several people left before we did. No-one addressed the few people waiting to be served. All front employees were involved – except the drive thru. That appeared to be running, albeit slowly. It felt no one cared we were there and after 10 minutes of being purposefully ignored we felt disrespected. There are many other food choices. We won’t be back.

Waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes then was greeted by an employee laughing and talking to another worker for about 2 minutes before she took my order ( she also wasn’t listening when I placed the order because she asked me to repeat myself about 5 times ) I got pulled up while they finished my food then it was wrong and I had to send it back and waited for 20 minutes for it to get made a second time

No seasoning on fries even though extra was asked for. Chicken sandwich tasted like fish. Seems like they use the same used oil for everything. Extra sauce asked for and never received. Not jumping at the chance to go back.

Ordered a salad and wanted my fingers tossed in buff garlic blaze it took 3 different team members to figure out how to punch it in. I also ordered cheese bites and the color texture and taste were old and chewy.

It smelled so horrible just outside the building and got horrible service when trying to place an order. The food tastes like straight grease and got an attitude for trying to order 2 drinks for one meal.
The booths are really tight together that its is not inclusive for all body sizes. You have to be really skinny to fit in some of them
