This was disappointing and I like to go to Zaxby’s.
My first time visiting this location and I placed my order with ease.
We go to fill our drinks and find a table – where we wait for our name to be called for the order for several minutes. I finally go to the counter to ask about our food only to see it sitting there getting cold.
Next, I noticed that the fried pickles were missing and they had to get them for me, which took a while.
As I am heading to the table I am wondering why no one double checked the order. Then I set down the tray and I learned that my girlfriend’s plate is missing cole slaw and I go back to get it. No rush or sense of urgency from the employees to take care of my order. In fact, the young woman I told I needed assistance took several minutes to finally say something through the window.
Finally, the food was cold and okay at best!
I don’t recommend this location and I highly doubt that we will return here.
Very disappointing experience!

The zaxby’s franchise has been going downhill. Me and my husband cook at home, we rarely eat out. Expect if we are out and about, if I worked late , or if I am getting home late. Today was one of those days, my husband suggested that we get Zaxby’s and i agreed. Ordered my food, told them what I wanted (wings extra crispy and extra saucey, like drowning in sauce), in good judgment, I went straight home after I was handed my food. Once I got home, that’s when I discovered, that employees don’t actually listen to their customers, because I absolutely got the complete opposite of what I actually ordered; I got super dry wings that barely had a hint of wing sauce and my wings were not even crispy. I got dry most rubbery wings. I refuse to have to pay $45 for food that wasn’t exactly what I ordered. Zaxby’s is now “we will never eat there again” list.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for Wings and Things but didn’t receive fries or Zax sauce. When I called to advise, they said there is nothing they can do. They said it showed I was replacing fries with toast. If that was the case, they would’ve provided extra toast and no fries but didn’t. I was willing to show them the receipt but they didn’t want to see it and said nothing they can do. The receipt correctly showed everything including the sauces selected Terrible service. $30 down the drain.

I recently visited the Zaxby’s in Port Wentworth and had a great experience! I went through the drive-thru, and the service was super quick—only about 20 seconds of waiting! When I realized I needed ketchup, I mentioned to the worker who brought out my food that i was going to park then go inside to get it. I parked and was about to head inside, but before I could even get out of my truck, he came out with the ketchup for me. That kind of thoughtful service really made my day. Definitely a great location with friendly staff!

So I went to the drive through for 2 meals at Zaxby’s in Port Wentworth, Ga. which looked terrible. I’m so pissed instead of the manager when calling reimbursing me my money, I was told to take a picture and when you come back in we will give you 50% towards your next meal bunch of BS. If I’m paying my money for my meal it should be right the first time. People work too hard to end up with a trashy garbage meal plus stay too far to go back and forth across town. I hate when you buy from this establishment they don’t get it right the first time. They get these young people that don’t want to work and don’t care how they serve people so unprofessional. No need to reply because nothing will change keep that money I won’t be back better yet hire workers with better customer service. Think how your family would feel getting this mess or yourself…

The food was disgusting. Figured it would be better than the other resturants around there off of 95 with a drive through but nope. Old fries, haphazard sandwich that was too salty, nasty salad… The visiting manager seemed very apologetic… practically admitting this place needs work.

The service here is slow, and the food is always overcooked and just bland. They don’t ever season the fries, the toast is just bread, and the chicken is so hard and dry. It’s just a complete waste of time and money. The staff is however very courteous. I guess that’s the least they could do. I’m done with it.

The tenders on the 4 finger plate were absolutely too small for 12.00 the butter bread was definitely not toasted. I haven’t been to this location in a 2 years & I see why.
