I ordered a 10 piece fingerz and a large fri plus a chocolate shake. Chicken was loot warm. Fries over seasoned. Still eat able but for $35.00 needs to be piping hot. Customer service was great. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant.

Food was good as always, but the cashier, not wearing a name tag probably for obvious reasons, got my order wrong while being unnecessarily rude to everyone, actually told me her children’s names and accused me of wanting to harm them I complained. I will not be back to this location as some of the things she said really ruined the entire experience. Manager seemed to try and talk to her, but it made zero improvement.

This Zaxbys will actually never get your order correct. I always have to check the bag and remind them to give me what I have paid for. They always try and give you one less sauce as well. If you ever go to this Zaxbys expect your order to be short.

Just went thru at 7:23pm oct19 and got two things both were HOT and FRESH! The service was great lady at the window was very nice and I got my food within 5 minutes, they are MOVING that line! 10/10 would come again

Update: got home and there was ranch on my sandwich. Said no ranch, she acknowledged with ok but what fo you want to drink?
Ranch is the one food item that grosses me out most.
I was wiping my food with a napkin.
I rarely get Fast food but we are moving from this hood in 2days… hallelujah.
Order taker in line checks to see if they have fizzy punch.. says yup. DT worker says sir, I am telling you we don’t have that in our machine. In other words doing half sprite, half punch ( fizzy punch) is too difficult.
This is no where near the 1st time 1 person says yes we have and 2 seconds later, no we can’t do that for you. This is the only location we have to deal with that sort of attitude.

The new signature chicken sandwich is not what the ad looks like. It’s good and juicy meat, but it’s just a flat chicken patty not crispy at all. I was very full though.
As far as the wings they always skim on sauce so I have to pay .25 cent just to get wet wings and I don’t like that, but the wings are always good.

I placed a online order here tonight and it was a complete waste of money. The food was hard and cold and the box my food was served in was literally covered in dust. This location has literally went to the dogs never again.
