That big Caucasian lady should clean tables. She literally yells your name. Does not greet you or say thank you. Just awkward and not the personality for drive-thru. I always come to this location leaving work. Never had this issue. Very unpleasant visit.update
I ASKED FOR DOUBLE FRIES NOT COLESLAW! Im sure I paid the difference. The fries are soaked in slaw juice so I cant even enjoy throughly. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST VISIT! Im so upset because I do not like the other locations in Macon.

Drive Thru was fast and courtesy. The operator on the window was very friendly and took my order with accuracy and was very polite. Food was cooked to order and I checked everything before leaving the window and everything was hot and accurate. They even placed extra condiments in the bag with napkins. The soda was very good

Food is good once you actually get it. If you plan to come after 9pm expect a 20 min drive thru wait.. or more. Also last time I was here we had a mobile order that didn’t yet pop up for them and the girl says “and I oop” mocking us, acting as if we went to the wrong location. Not super friendly and way too long of a wait. I work at chick fil an and I can’t understand how it takes so long to serve guests unless you have like two people working which they clearly don’t.

I tried the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. They were horrible, the chicken was cut up in small bits, there was almost no cheese, hardly any ranch dressing, it was dry. There wasn’t even enough cheese to hold the quesadilla together. I would not recommend, nor would I ever purchase again. Zaxby’s qualified has gone down but their prices haven’t. Don’t waste your money. Subpar food for quality prices does not add up.

This is one of my favorite zaxbys because they are always fast and polite, even during the busy times. I usually order on the app and some remember my name. Recently they made a mistake (it happens to all us) they went above and beyond to fix it. Great customer service

I always enjoy eating lunch here friendly staff and great food. However today in a hurry I left my wallet and Ms Tiffany found it. She put it up and waited for me to return. Nothing missed nothing touched. So thankful for honest people like her.

I like Zaxby’s, though I’m not one of those eat it every day people… the food is usually fresh and is served fairly quickly, even if they seem to struggle with consistency. Service and atmosphere are run of the mill fast food expectancy.
