Great experience at this Zaxby’s location today! Went in to redeem a reward and using the app was extremely user friendly! The cashier was attentive and friendly and the food was made fresh! I highly recommend this establishment!

The food is down bad. I ordered a kid meal for my child and the amount of seasoning salt they used on the fries is horrible. Nothing but SALT. Like why would you put this in a kids meal?

Found something in my Blue Salad salad. When I called them a little girl answered the phone and said she was going to ask her manager what to do about it but hung up in my face. I think it’s box tape or something but it was hard and didn’t taste very good and I didn’t ask for a side of it. But thank God I didn’t swallow it. Y’all just be careful hear???

Ordered Kicken Chicken with heavy sauce. This location actually put heavy sauce compared to the couple of drops I get at locations in Athens. Food was hot and as ordered.

This is my least favorite Zaxby’s. The food was warm yet not hot. I asked for my meal to be a large and only the drink was large. I took pictures of the side by side trays to see if you could tell the difference. It wasn’t worth what I paid for it. I will wait until I get to another area or just drive further out my way for better quality.

Busy lunch, but service was quick and food was piping done. Dining room was full but tables turned over quickly during lunchtime. Parking lot was small and busy, so watch for traffic and the drive thru.

My first time back with the Zax in 3 years and boy did this Zaxbys live up to all the expectations. Everything was prepared quickly and was delivered hot right to my table. The hostess even helped me order the food I wanted in a way that saved some money. I’ll def be coming back for the sauce and the chicken and the great vibes with the nicest staff there is. Thanks team for satisfying my long time craves
