Order curbside. Arrived at 342 pm. Food was supposed to be ready at 344pm. I waited till 402pm and had to walk inside to receive my food. It was sitting on the counter getting cold. The dude was rude and ignored me when I tried to get his attention to receive the items that were missing from my bag. They had already cleared my order from their screen.

Over priced food fried in old grease that left an after taste in my mouth for at least 15 minutes. The chicken tenders were too salty and the shrimp was soggy and old tasting. The portions was much smaller than expected and the price was more than what was on the website menu. It’s a nope, for me.

I Went to zaxbys and ordered 2 kiddie grilled cheese meals and when I got home not only was my bread completely white (not grilled at all!!) but the cheese inside was completely burnt! The cheese was hard like a brick. I was absolutely pissed but I couldn’t go back to the restaurant because they were closed. I will be going back today because that was just completely unacceptable. The meal was for my autistic son and he doesn’t have a variety of things he can eat so I try to get him what I know he likes. Thanks a lot zaxbys!

First time visiting Zaxby’s. The fried chicken Cobb salad was good. Service was fast and staff polite. Restrooms were clean. I really enjoyed the diet lemonade…..most restaurants don’t offer any.

Hands down the best chicken strips I’ve ever eaten. Without sauce, the strips still had a good seasoned flavor, which made the dipping sauces not as important. They do have a good variety of sauces though which is a plus for those with picky palates. The staff was friendly and greeted you promptly.

Service was awful. A new girl at the front register not only does she talk low she has her hand up in front of her mouth. Awful ordering experience and the manager behind her was too busy wiggling around talking to a none customer to assist her. The expiwas already ruined when the cashier needed to call management to calculate $12-$11.53. Omg, get a cashier that can count upfront or a manager that pays attention to customer service please.

The wings was ok and I didn’t even eat the fries look at how they look they look old and dry and the chicken fingers one was hot and the rest was cold like they got some that was left out and add one that had just got cooked and added it to it in the bread was ok it will pass I guess the wing was hot and looked great that’s how all the food post the look and taste but I guess not do better please
