I almost always order from this Zaxby’s using their app. Every time I’ve used their app, my order is ready when I get there! Additionally, staff members are always cordial and helpful. I have noticed that their wings seem to be getting smaller and smaller, although they still taste great. One item I would not recommend is the funnel cake. The one I got was cold and stale. I ended up heating up the caramel (dipping) sauce and pouring it over the cake which made it tolerable, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Let’s face it, prices have gone up in everything. It’s hard to let go of hard earned finances. This place makes it fulfilling and satisfying to make a purchase. To THE EMPLOYEES I say, ” Thank you.” They will try to get you through the line. The food is hot and delicious. Now, some places are stumbling in their customer service practices.. but they are improving.

Tonight I went by to get a grilled chicken sandwich. Instead of the normal lettuce and tomato, there was basically a side salad on top. Including the beets and carrots. I stop by here often for this meal, and plan to in the future, but this was really bad. I don’t like the carrots which is why I don’t get the salad so i was left with just a plain grilled chicken breast and it ruined the meal. My boyfriend had a chicken finger meal that was great however.

Don’t know who was running drive-thru on July 12th, but they had the worst attitude and rushing people with their orders. Didn’t even listen to what I ordered and gave me the wrong thing and still charged me extra. Terrible customer service!

Asked for a 4 finger plate and got this instead, also asked for extra zax sauce and did not receive any. I was the only person in drive thru and was asked to wait. Took another 5 minutes and when I was ready to order, she acted like she couldn’t hear me. Will never come back here again.

Chicken dry, wings shriveled meatless and missing sauce, when we called the store to let them know the girl put us on hold while she went to find out how to handle our situation and I’m still on hold ((as of now: 57 mins and counting, and they stopped answering the phone when we call from another number)).

I used to work as Zaxby’s and this is so disappointing. You don’t get what you pay for like you’re supposed to. You’re supposed to get 5 ounces of fries and this being double fries (replaced the cole slaw) looks more like 4 ounces all together. The chicken fingers have gotten slighty better compared to the chick nuggets I normally get, and the last thing is the toast. Good it’s not burnt but it definitely was soggy.

Got the 4 strip meal. Fries were hard and we also got fried pickles… Needed to change their oil. You could tell everything was cooked In old oil. Service was excellent. Quickly made order. Considering they were busy it was nice
