This place is horrible. Order is never correct. You must ask for a fork at the drive through, or you have to eat the slaw with your hands, this has happened many times. I will never go to this Zaxbys again. My slaw was not in a separate container, so mixed with the fries and chicken when the employee handed it to me sideways through the drive through window. Nothing like fries soaked in slaw juice! I’ve tried many times to overlook the previous experiences but never again. This place stinks.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. It brought back the feel of the Zaxbys days from the early 2000’s with its decor. The customer service was amazing. The cashier had recommended I try the Strawberry Lemonade and I don’t think I’ll ever get a different drink from Zaxbys as long as they have that. Thank you for making this an amazing lunch experience on this road trip to Atlanta.

Both times I’ve been here, the drive-thru moved quickly even though it was peak dinner times. Much appreciated when I have 2 hangry kids in the back seat! We took our food to the park and made it a picnic. Delicious

We had an early dinner here around 4pm. The service was excellent. The dining area was clean and well lit. The food came out quickly. The staff was also attentive and very kind. The only thing we didn’t like was the cheese bites. They were hard and not very cheesy.

I went through the drive thru and got a boneless wings 5 pc meal hot honey mustard with a Coke Zero. I paid for it at the first window the gentleman was very nice, I went to the second window and the young lady was fixing the drink and overflowed the cup which was no big deal until she was handing it to me with it dripping coke all around it. I asked for napkins to wipe it off and she looked at me as if I had 3 heads. I was very nice about it, but I suppose I offended her. She handed me the napkins and the drink along with the food but offered no straw or plastic ware. I drove 45 mins home and when I opened it up, there was very very very little hot mustard on the wings I took a photo but not sure how to add it here. I was very disappointed in this zaxbys.

The entire staff is friendly and professional in my experiences at the Hampton Court Zaxby’s in Perry. Caron, one of the assistant managers there, makes the best salads that I have ever had at any Zaxby’s anywhere. In addition, she is professional, always smiling and very helpful. Zaxby’s is lucky to have her and her leadership skills! I highly recommend this Zaxby’s.

Love to come here occasionally for lunch or dinner, sometimes I gotta wait a bit longer than normal for my food but the kitchen is probably back up with orders. But eh, what are you gonna do, yell at the workers? That’ll sure make things better. Place is pretty clean to.
