This restaurant should close its doors. Mobile ordered thinking it would be quicker only to have to wait another 30 min on my food that was suppose to be ready 10 minutes before I got there. Then they give me a busted drink carrier to where when I pick up the drinks a large drink fell out and hit the floor. The. Instead to fixing another one for me they went back to doing something else. This place shouldn’t operate if it doesn’t have the start to function properly.

Let me start by saying I love some Zaxbys, and I wanted to try the new quesadillla. It was flavor wise really good, but it was quite messy to eat. My biggest drawback is the price and what you get for the price. It comes with the quesadillla and a small drink for a tad over $12! I’ll be honest, it’s definitely not worth that, especially without fries being included. Just too pricey for what you get.

Great BBQ Chicken Wings. Great check in from the lady (Pamela) outside that took our order. Really bad customer service skills from the person that gave us our order. She just thrust our order at us. No, “Have a nice day.”, or “Thank you for your visit today.” Nothing. Silence. Geeze. Well….. there was the sound of her window slamming shut after we were given our order.

Too many young kids who act like they don’t want to be working. Young Man taking our order, yawned, wiped his face and proceeded to have a conversation with his coworker. The piece of chicken on my sandwich was so small, I had to lift the bun in order to see it. Needless to say, I will not freqent this location again .

every time friends and i come to this location the food is always soggy, it takes 20+ minutes to get our food even when ordered online. and no one offers to help. when you take your food back due to the order being wrong, or just unacceptable quality such as fries cold they just heat it up. no attempt to make it right such as a fresh order of fried. the 441 location is 100 times better and will get my support for now on

My online order went completely ignored for almost an hour. People who came in and ordered at the counter got their food before I did. When we asked for the manager, she refused to come up front for almost a half hour. The general manager did not refund my money or take charge. No attempt was made to satisfy any of the 15 customers waiting on online orders out door dash. During my visit, drive through orders were incorrect and had to be remade as well. Never have I had to wait an hour to even get my lunch in a fast food restaurant. This restaurant needs a new general manager that cares about the customers. Period. I guarantee that no one reaches out to make things right on behalf of the location.

Nibblers bread was hard, fries were cold, no ranch or Zax sauce even though asked for it and my funnel cake was so disappointing. If I would’ve know it was sitting for who knows how long so it was he’d as hell and they don’t put sugar on it even though the advertisement shows it’s coated in powder sugar

This place BLOWS harder than Nancy Reagan in the MGM backlot . Don’t wash dishes thoroughly, don’t use soap, rude employees smoking weed behind the building. Employees also don’t wash hands! Overpriced nasty food. Chicken, bread, and fries were cold and soggy. Tasted like they’d been cooked in old grease.
