I understand times have changed along with prices. However, I paid $12 and some change for this salad to be this poor. This makes me not even want to go back and just go to Chic Fil A across the street and get a fuller salad for a little cheaper. This is insanely expensive for the quality I received. Like where is the lettuce????

Zaxby is to be found in towns and cities, and conveniently on freeway. They are a fast food chain specialising in chicken. Wide selection of food items. Prices were good. Not much interaction with staff as the were busy preparing food. I have eaten at other branches and will again.

Another great Zaxby’s restaurant. Many of us have dined at Zaxby’s and know the great taste of there menu items.
I have never had any bad meals from a Zaxby’s, and my meal this evening here, was very good. The staff was friendly, cheerful, & my food came out very quickly. The restaurant was clean, as well as bathrooms. Which is rare nowadays in many other “fast food” chains.

Honestly, the chicken sandwich was sooo good. Better than chic-fil-a HANDS DOWN. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The fries were also nice and hot. And the food came out decently fast. The person who took my order wasn’t the nicest but I think they were just tired. Price was reasonable too.

Chicken tasted like it was fried with fish. The ice machine out front had no ice had to ask the back to fill it- they acted like they were annoyed. When we paid cash they threw the change at us and it went all over the floor. They acted annoyed we paid cash. They were very rude.

Came here off the highway to get a quick bite and was disappointed. The girls at the front counter were very polite, but when I got to my car the sauce on my wings were wrong, fries were stale and completely void of seasoning, and the chicken was also cold! One of the sorriest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to

Ok. We went to FL for Christmas. On the way back, some way, some how we got a route that took us through so many towns I never heard of, I was getting a little bit worried . We finally got to I-16 that took us to Macon. I was so happy to see 4 lanes and food signs. The first place we stopped was Dublin, GA and my wife wanted Zaxby’s . We got there and the automated system said they were closed, but someone came over the speaker and took our order. She ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on Texas toast and a cherry Dr. Pepper. They were nice at the window and very professional. They brought our food out and we were on our way. About 15 minutes down the road, I heard my wife crying . I asked what was wrong and she said, “They burned my sandwich .” I pulled off the next exit and she was absolutely right. I felt bad for her because she had not eaten since breakfast. How do you expect someone to eat tough chicken and burnt bread. You wouldn’t want to eat, why should she. I called back to complain and the manager said they were closed, but would replace it at another time. I live two hours from Dublin, so dropping by at another time will not happen anytime soon. Morgan barely spoke to me . The item I ordered was the loaded bacon ranch fries. the item was not served as advertised. when I commented to the staff I was told that the ranch dressing is served on the side… The cheese was not melted and the it was disappointing.
