The girl in the drive through was so extremely rude tonight to my bf like the worst attitude, said straw was in the bag- it wasn’t. and whoever is cooking must have been actually messing with us putting this much sauce on a nibbler sandwich. never going back to this one ever don’t waste your time drive to ringgold.

I tried Zaxby’s for the first time a week or so ago and was very pleased. The food was delicious. My second visit, same. Yesterday was my third visit. As you can see from my email receipt, I ordered on the app at 1:37pm, and you can see the ticket attached to my meal, I received it at 2:09pm – that’s 32 minutes! Further, numerous people came to the counter, ordered, and a few minutes later received their food. My order seemed to have gotten lost somewhere. Having to wait 32 minutes for 5 wings and 5 tenders is inexcusable.

My family and I came here to dine in. As soon as we walked in we noticed how dirty the lobby was. Dirty tables, nasty floor. The A/C was also broken. It then took 30 minutes to get our food. I thought this was “fast food”?? And when we got the food it did not look good. Our orders of fries were were literally white! So disappointed!

Went threw drive thur to get me and my niece dinner, I ask for wing n thing with BBQ sauce on the side because my niece doesn’t care for sauce, wing had sauce, tenders were ok fries were cold, traditional wings were over cooked double fried so hard they were not edible. I got a salad and the tender on it was also old and couldn’t be chewed up. Milk shake was good, but not very nutritional for dinner. It has always been my attention that chicken is cooked to order, not only is this store precooking food it has to be out time limits. Shame one you Zaxby’s I don’t have 31.00 for two meal to be put in garbage can

So I went through the drive through on feb 28th and the Asian girl taken orders was so rude and disrespectful. The manager was also very rude and when I complained to her about the girls attitude the manager the. Turned and looked at her employee and said she is complaint on you and then the employee was really bad after that. I have Been in customer service for the last 20 years and this was awful. I will never go back to this zaxbsy again. Please someone do something about these hateful children working in this restaurant

Listen… I don’t know who’s running the Zaxby’s today, but give them a trophy, a crown, and maybe even a national holiday because WOW. I pulled up thinking I’d be waiting forever like every other fast-food place on planet Earth, but NO. These people had my food ready so fast I swear I blinked and it was in my hands. Like??? Are they psychic?? Do they have superpowers?? Is there a secret NASA-level kitchen back there??
And the staff?? PLEASE. They were so friendly I literally felt like I was being adopted into the Zaxby’s family. The girl at the window smiled at me like I had just won the lottery. I almost cried. I almost asked if she wanted to be maid of honor at my wedding. The whole vibe was immaculate.
10/10. Actually 1000/10. If I could give them more stars I would personally climb into the sky and hang extra ones up there myself. Zaxby’s, I love you. I would die for you. Thank you for your service.

Came through the drive through about 9 and ordered, they told us it would be a 5 minutes for our food so we pulled up and sat. About 15 minutes went by and we went through the drive through again and they gave us a bag that had one of the meals we ordered so we sat there and had to flag the girl down to get us the second. Turns out none of the sauces were there and we didn’t have straws so we had to park and my fiance had to go back and stand at the drive through window for way too long before he could finally get their attention and they still gave us the wrong stuff. This is the second time I’ve had an awful experience with the night staff here. Next level incompetence if you can’t get a fast food order right.
