Zaxby’s has always been a ol’ reliable for me as my job includes a lot of traveling, and they’ve always been consistent. I stopped by about two hours ago today, got my usual order. The tenders didn’t have as much of the Lemon Pepper Dry Rub as I’d like and they forgot the extra toast! No big deal, its not the mistake that matters, but rather how you handle it. I went inside and asked for my toast and extra of the dry rub. I brought my food and receipt in, but instead of doubting me and asking me for evidence, they instead apologized, talked to me extremely respectfully and kindly, AND gave me what I was missing. They also gave me free cookies for me having to come back. It was also hot, fresh, and delicious. This Zaxby’s not only served great food but excellent service. I will be coming back.

I do not frequent this Zaxbys anymore due to poor service in the past, but last night I had a hankering so I took a chance. I am glad I did!
I don’t know who was working at 8ish PM on 12/14/26 but those girls were amazing. They were easy to understand at the drive thru, chipper, sweet, and all smiles. They went gah-gah for my dog in the car and gave her a pup-cup.
Zaxbys (for me) has not been known for fast service. But my food was in my hands before I put my credit card back in my wallet (Salad, boneless wings, and fries) and the food was hot and fresh!
If those girls and the kitchen staff are at this Zaxbys more often, these Google reviews will only get better!

ONE TO AVOID !
Update, decide to eat in. Well they run out of chicken at 2pm on a Sunday. Waited 30mins for food staff did not communicate anything. Did a curbside order. Drove around the building and couldn’t find the parking spots. Parked outside and stated where I was parked. Then sat for 15mins and still no food. They have one tiny sign for bay 1 that’s it. Need to get that fixed

Due to frequent business travel, I have visited numerous Zaxby’s establishments in the vicinity. However, I have found this particular location to be the least satisfactory overall. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction lies in the absence of the excessive sauce that is commonly applied to the boneless wings at other Zaxby’s outlets and continuously leaving napkins and forks out. Additionally, the lemonade served here does not meet my expectations, as it lacks the distinct flavor profile that I associate with the classic lemonade offered at other Zaxby’s locations. And I mean it doesn’t even taste close to all the other Zaxbys in the surrounding area.

How hard is it to put extra sauces in a bag when people pay extra for the sauce? Instead of getting at least one sauce, I got none and paid for two extras with the wings and things platter. If the girl who took my order would have been a little nicer instead of being rude because she didn’t understand that I was ordering two regular sweet tea and one large so she had to change it when I got to the register. A rudeness is the reason for me actually posting a review. They never remember my extra Zaxby’s sauces and any Zaxby’s that I go to so that was not unusual. Not getting any sauce at all was a little unusual so seems like Zaxby’s needs to step up their game + train employees better or remind them that courtesy customers part of the job as long as the customer is not rude to you. There’s no sense in you being rude back.

I ordered 2 Zax chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce off the app. I arrived about 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. After getting home, my wife and I opened our box, and BOTH chicken sandwiches were missing the top buns!
Who does that??
They were also missing the spicy zax sauce, due to no top bun.
When I called the restaurant, I was given the excuse that they “were busy”.
Well, I was there, and they were not very busy, since it was around 11:15am.
The person I spoke with said that I could drive back to get another sandwich, but I’m afraid they’d forget the chicken!
The 2 sandwiches, with approx 8 fries in each container cost me $25, with no bun.
This is inexcusable, and I seriously doubt that I’ll ever eat at the Ringgold, GA Zaxby’s again.
It’s obvious there cooks should not be allowed to make sandwiches, and I have no respect for.management either, after receiving such a pathetic excuse.

Almost each time we come here.service is just awful. No soap in the men’s bathroom. Not sure about women’s. Given wrong order, food is good but makes me wonder if hands are being washed.

I was so disappointed! My favorite item are ZAXBYS Veggie Rolls…When my order came out, they were burnt like extremely dark brown and dark brown blackish at the ends. My husband brought it to the cashiers attention. She apologized and she put in a replacement order. She said she spoke with the cook and he said that’s how they are…The replacements came out the same! I couldn’t even bite down on the ends of them! I know this isn’t the case as I’ve ordered them at other ZAXBYS.
They are being cooked too long or the temperature they are cooked at is too high…I know…they’re only a couple bucks…but when you’re craving ZAXBYS Veggie Rolls and you can’t bite down and finish them because they’re so hard,for fear of breaking a tooth, it could’ve cost more than a couple bucks!

No one can listen to simple requests! If someone asks for no toast on the salad because of an allergy, don’t just take the toast off and hand the exact same salad back! Better yet, when you’re asked to remake the salad, don’t forget to put half of the other ingredients in it. Terrible service.

The zaxbys in ringgold was terrible tonight. We stood at the register for 5 minutes while a young girl was cleaning tables and there was only 1 other family in the restaurant. The drive thru would have been faster. Then my food sat in the window as the girl behind the register went back out to clean more tables and sweep. The girl working the window said someone will be with you shortly and I pointed to my food. Finally someone gave me my food and the order was not right. It took some more time to get my food and I got the nibblers meal and the bread was hard. There was a piece of Texas toast in there which I didn’t know was included with that meal??? It was burnt anyway. Just a bad experience all around. Seemed like just a bunch of kids working.
