The food is really good in my opinion. The bathrooms aren’t really clean. If you pickup your food there, it takes like 40 minutes… people who work there don’t show that they care a single bit!

Ordered and paid for four extra sauces, but forgot to order one zax sauce. I watched two people come up and get extra sauces for free when they picked up their order. When I asked for the one sauce I forgot, they refused me and said I must pay a quarter. Favoritism or what? Discrimination? Sorry employee training? I think they should follow their rule of charging to everyone or none. What do you think? I won’t be back to this Zaxby’s.

Everyone was laughing when I pulled up and handed me my drink with soda going all over the cup. The food was pathetic. Chicken was to crunchy. The tenders were dry. I have never had a bad experience but this one here is crazy. I was only able to eat the fries and bread.

I gotta say I love how prices go up and the service quality just plummets!! Been to a lot of Zaxby’s, and as I’m in the drive thru I open the box to check my food and this is exactly how my meal was. I guess presentation or give a damn about how it’s put in the box is over with. Probably made the thing and then dropped it on the floor. Food was cold and just loved how the manager seemed to think it looked ok. Just ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t eat at this one if I was you!!

The amount of flies we were swatting while trying to dine in was ridiculous. Me, my daughter and son-in-law were constantly swatting them out of our face, away from our food and it wasn’t a pleasant visit The food wasn’t that good either.

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:45. I went ahead to the restaurant thinking it would work like other places, but it doesn’t. If it says a time, it won’t be ready until that time EVEN if you select drive thru. The manager was AWESOME. She went ahead and bumped up my order. I had to go in and wait but that was a small sacrifice considering she could have told me I had to wait. They have quick service and they still had me out before the 6:45. I was served with a smile as well and my order wasn’t missing anything and they were swamped!!! Great service and good food! Great team!!! Thank you Zaxby’s crew!
