Zaxby’s food is usually great, which is why this experience was disappointing. I decided to dine in today, and after letting the cashier, Kelly, know that I wanted my wings extra crispy, the service went downhill. When my food came out, the wings were not extra crispy and the fries were clearly old.
I went back to politely let Kelly know, and while she did take the wings to be replaced, she brought back the same food I had returned. She then slammed my plate on the table and stated they had been dropping fries all day and refused to remake them, insisting they were fresh.
I asked to speak with a manager but was ignored and had to call the store to reach Madison, the manager on duty. Madison was very professional, kind, and handled the situation perfectly. She replaced my meal and made sure everything was done correctly, and the food was delicious.
I truly appreciate Madison’s customer service. However, Kelly could definitely use additional coaching on professionalism and customer service. How customers are treated matters just as much as the food.

if you place a order and you want curb side pick up. DONT!!! they will never deliver it to your car. the employee rather stay behind the cashier and stand there. So just park at curb side pick up and walk in and get your food because you have better chance of getting it faster or go to drive thru. Even you contact their website, they do nothing about it.

Drive thru service tonight was really good. They were moderately busy and in my opinion handled everything efficiently. When I got in line I believe 4 cars ahead of me but my wait to place order was not very long. Then after ordering my wait on food was impressively short for 4 people, all wanting different items of course with a few special instructions. Then I was impressed further and was an awesome surprise…Everything ordered I received, it was all correct, everything was hot and good!
Only complaint I have about my experience tonight is towards myself because I forgot to order one of those frozen drink lemonade drinks I wanted to try but got distracted by the milkshakes

Assistant manager Madison is very unprofessional and does not try to make the customer satisfied. We have had multiple orders from this location made wrong recently and tonight the food took 45 minutes to make and it was still wrong!! Elberton Zaxbys needs better employees ASAP!!

The worse Zaxbys ive ever been to as for as the food. I ordered the boneless Buffalo wings. The French fries wasn’t cooked long enough, very white and soggy, the chicken was hard as a rock and even the toast was burned and I could throw it throw my windshield so hard.
The service was good as the girl that took my order was very nice and knowledgeable , about the only good thing about this Zazbys.

Not sure who the younger lady was in drive thru but she was rude as everything she slung food out the window and slammed the window in my face when I was trying to let her know there was more to my order then what she gave me so unhappy with there service tonight will be a while before we go back there note I use to work for Zaxby’s and I know there policy about customers service
