Order was decent.
Soap dispenser in men’s restroom broken/not working.
Trash by the drink machine. No tea out for guests.
Demeanor of the employees was just “blah” for lack of a better term.
There was a hair on my cup that I noticed as I was getting ice.
Have not received food to comment on yet.

Gave it my annual try to see if service had improved. What a shocker it had not. I was the only car in the drive-through, had to pull forward for my order for some reason. It took 10 minutes to get one sandwich meal. Again, only car in the drive-through. My sweet tea was hot and had zero ice in it. You would think with all of the terrible reviews for this location that Zaxby’s or the owner would do something.

The customer service here is never the same. Sometimes I go and it’s great other times I go, and it’s horrible. I love Zaxbys and this location would be great if they would focus on providing better customer service. The restaurant also could use a good cleaning.

Walked in at 10:05am. Ordered a Cobb salad from the guy at the county that I am sure just woke up. I was the only one in the store. At 10:22 my name was called. Came to counter and without the girl or guy making eye contact I was handed a bag. Why to they ask if it’s for here or to go and if you say here they hand you a bag? Anyway.This will be the last time I stop at a Zaxbys in Athens. They all are this way!! This is not an employee issue. This is from the top issue. Wished they had upper management to create a positive work environment. It’s obvious that this is not happening.

Slowest drive through in the continental US. Found hair in my food. Didnt get our order right and gave us less food than we paid for. No straws. Lied about drink choices. If they closed, society would be better.

The speed of service at this location has been declining for past year. Tonight spent 17 minutes at drive thru when I was third in line. I could drive to the location of Oconee connector and got food and driven home faster than I can get food at this location.

Only reason i’m reviewing & not going back to the store is because this is not my usual zaxbys, im never on this side of town. but um… what happened? i’m genuinely so confused. i sat in the drive through for 30 minutes then get to the window & sit another 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my payment & give me my drink… window wide open & the cashier talking to her coworker about her plans after work. someone finally acknowledged me, he read my order back to me, gave me my drink took my payment & then sat there for another 5 minutes waiting on my food. window still wide open, i watched him count my extra sauces (they’re all there) and watched him bag my food up and check it …. now /: i appreciated that because i usually check my food myself BUT i watched him check it so i thought i was good. drove another 15 mins home sat down to eat & opened my boxes to this.. but hey atleast all my sauces were there & my drink was right! needless to say, when in doubt always check your food 🙁 because i just paid $17 for food that if i actually ordered it this was probably would of been like 9$-10$

Ordered online and then got to the store and placed an additional order. The online order I ordered took 35 minutes to become ready. The additional order I placed came with a drink in which I gave away. The black lady that is always there in which has nothing to do with her skin color just saying the one that’s always there with the big backside. Asked me where my cup was and I told her I gave it away because I didn’t need it. I paid for it and yea the cashier told me he could have taken it off but it was after I paid and it was no big deal to me. I paid for it and this lady wanted to say I didn’t pay for my additional meal because I didn’t have that damn cup!! This zaxbys is trash and someone needs to take care of this place!!!

Did not enjoy this Zaxby’s. Spent about 25 minutes in the drive thru, with no one being in front of us. I ordered and paid for a large meal, and received a medium. There was almost no sauce on my kickin chicken sandwich, and both the sandwich and fries were not warm. On a brighter note, the salad was very good.
