It’s very sad. I don’t like to leave negative reviews. This is a Zaxbys I frequent. The staff was nice. After my son finished a late soccer game, we arrive at this Zaxbys at 9:01pm. Long story short, after seeing the only other 2 groups get their food (the last only waiting 7-10 minutes) and the time now being 9:33pm, I asked if they could tell me where my food (Surf-n-Truf and Biz Zack Snack) was in the lineup. The screen was clear. The person had to go through the log and in the end they had given it to someone else. I was so irritated, having wasted the time for nothing and still have a 25 minute ride home. I said “I don’t have time for this” and requested an immediate refund bc I refuse to wait again. After leaving, my kids still really wanted Zaxbys, so we went to a location closer to home and they were great. Ultimately, we arrived at home at 10:20pm and my kids had a very late dinner. I will wait a while before returning to this location, even though I have eat there solo more than any other location.

I placed an online order 2 days before Christmas Eve. They accepted it and said it would be ready to pick up at 4 on Christmas Eve. I used a gift card. And I know it’s usually busy that day so that’s why I placed a couple days before. It for 30 wings. Well when I got there after 4 they told me my order was cancelled. I showed them the email that said I can still pick up. They said well it was cancelled from our end. Said you should received the money back on the gift card. I said I understand it was cancelled but I want to pay today with the gift card because I really didn’t have the cash to use. I couldn’t do that they said. I drove about 30 minutes to this Zaxbys because usually it’s the best one around. Please do a better job at communicating with customers.

This place is a badly-maintained crapshoot. Well, maybe it’s not that bad, but get this:
– the paper towel dispenser in the men’s bathroom isn’t working. You tell the guy serving the food about it and he doesn’t know what to do about it
– the foot catch for you to use your foot to pull the door hands-free got detached some time ago and isn’t there

UPDATE: My last few visits to this location have been much better. The food has been very fresh, and the staff has been friendly. Wait times can still be a little on the long side…but there has been improvement!
Sat in line for 20+ minutes, and received this. Note: I was only 4 cars back from the speaker when I drove up. Rubbery, dry chicken. This is rolled in nuclear???
There was absolutely no spice, and only a faint hint of Buffalo flavor. I was extremely disappointed in the product – especially given the insane wait time.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, ONLY because the girl at the window was nice, even though she was being run rampant. She literally was running orders out to cars. If I would have had another half hour to waste, I would have gone in and asked for fresh and PROPER food. Sadly, I was on my lunch break and had already used that majority of my time.

I really enjoy asking for extra sauces, getting told im paying for extra sauces, paying for said sauces getting my big meal and opening a bag to one sauce. Very cool, very awesome. Thanks.

I just ordered a kids meal which had 2 chicken fingers. Paid and got told to pull up and wait. Waited 15 minutes just for 2 fingers and I just left. Idc about my 6 dollars now. Never coming back

We ordered our food on the app and when we got there, typed in our spot number. Well we waited 22 minutes after the “food will be ready by” time and then we went inside to get our food because we were sick of waiting. The girl was nice but I could hear the workers in the back complaining and saying they didn’t see that we were here and were irritated. The excuse we were given is there there were only 6 of them working but there were only 3 people in the drive thru and only 1 couple inside at the time we went in. But there were car continuously moving through the drive thru as we were waiting. Our food is soggy and cold and the ice is almost melted in our drinks.

Because of a promotion the restaurant was the busiest I have ever seen it. Despite the number of patrons the wait was still acceptable. Everything was hot and tasty.
