This is hands-down, the best Zaxby’s. It says 3.9 is the average score. Should be closer to 4.5. I try not to eat much fast food, but when I do Zaxby’s is I go to. I have been to lots of them. This one is very consistent. The sauce man needs a pat on the back. Thank you, Zaxby’s Oakwood!

Had a bad experience here. I went into the women’s restroom and there were two employees in there gossiping right at the door, and both stalls had NO TOILET PAPER! I felt like I ruined their conversation. The food was okay but I think employees need to be retrained. Last time, there was an employee in the bathroom on her phone THE BATHROOM ISN’T A BREAK ROOM! (And if employees are in there, they should be using it or cleaning it up)

I stop at this Zaxby’s 4 or 5 times a week, and for those who think Zaxby’s is closed at 8pm or 9pm because their lights are always off, well there not close, they turn off light so y’all can think it’s close and they don’t have to work they are open.

It may have a line in the drive thru as well as inside but the food is made fresh and to order with very few mistakes. It’s a big hit with the people in my home and a great place especially if you like chicken.

Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby’s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major health hazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I made it back to work during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and have them re-make it. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I’m not going to take them over the coals. But, the owner/manager needs to know what happened and better manage quality.

I can see why this Zaxby’s has such a low score. The fingers tasted like they had been reheated. The breading was hard in spots. And where are the season fries? Mine had NO seasoning. And where did the Zac sauce go? My cup was 1/2 full. I guess that’s because you want people to buy more. I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.
