The staff and service is good but it need more cleaning. DON’T TAKE ICE from the fountain. it’s too dirty! it has mold everywhere! you can died with it. It looks like it has more than a month without cleaning up and maintenance. The supervisor needs to do his job.

I ordered a chicken salad and some fries from Zaxby’s, and overall had a really good experience. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the staff were super nice and fast with service. The only small issue I noticed was that the fries were a bit too salty for my taste. But other than that, everything was great. Will definitely come back again!

I walked into the Zaxby’s in Oakwood, GA (30566) hungry and hopeful and walked out ignored and holding cold food.
No one acknowledged me when I entered. No greeting, no urgency. The cashier on shift, Jordany P., announced they were going on break while customers were waiting. Eventually my order was taken, but the food came out cold and not fresh.
I asked for a manager expecting a simple fix. Instead, Joshua came from the back with a bad attitude and zero customer service. He questioned whether I asked for fresh food (I did), took the food back, and returned with the same cold food. When I said it was still not fresh, he refused to remake it and pushed a refund instead no apology, no effort.
Joshua should not be a manager or in customer service at all. Based on similar reviews, this is clearly an ongoing management problem. Corporate needs to step in, Joshua needs to be fired.
I will not be returning to this location. Customers deserve hot food and basic respect. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I visit this Zaxby’s regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The manager, Christina, is consistently friendly, professional, and clearly knows how to run a smooth shift. Because of that, service is fast and efficient, and I never wait long for my food, even when it’s busy. The staff is well-organized, the restaurant stays clean, and orders are always correct. The food is fresh and exactly what you expect from Zaxby’s, but the standout here is the service and leadership. This location is reliable, well-run, and definitely one of the better Zaxby’s around.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to the excellent service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out hot and fresh. The employees were patient, polite, and clearly cared about making sure customers had a good experience. It’s always nice to visit a place where the service is just as good as the food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I always get fresh, hot food in a flash at this location. The employees are well-trained and the service is always good. They smile and greet you as soon as you walk in. The dining room and bathrooms are always spotless. I went in to try the Zensation Wrap. It is amazing.

Went to your location on November 30th expecting to have a nice lunch only to have two associates become rude and hostile over a request to get two extra sauces with our order of a Big Zax’s Snack Meal and a 6 Finger Chicken plate. The fact that your employees would rather be “right” than to simply provide good quality customer service is ridiculous.

Friendly Team. Inaccurate order. I usually get a Zak Pack but wanted to try the loaded fries so I asked them to add cheese to the fries that come with the order. The team member let me know that they “can’t do that” for any of the meals. So I had to order chicken fingers, loaded fries, and a drink separately. An eight dollar order quickly turned into 18! I wouldn’t have even made this review had the order came out correctly. I specifically asked for the loaded fries with no chicken and no ranch, leaving just the cheese and bacon. Theres no bacon on my fries, and they’re sprinkled with a handful of cheese that isn’t even melted because the fries are not hot. And they threw in extra chicken I did not ask for. I regret even staying in line for this.

This Zaxby’s is usually pretty goated. Not like the others where they never put seasoning on anything. Jordan is my goat though, super friendly and always makes the experience memorable.
