No egg rolls, no slaw in 2 Asian salads. Mgr offered 2 chicken strips to sub for 4 missing egg rolls. Did not get them, but some fried chicken was added to grilled salad.
Had to ask for missing dressing. Window clerk was rude. Tiniest $13 salad ever. Never again Zaxbys!

We went through the drive thru on 11/20/25 . At 11: 45 am. Place on order it was $20. 28. Wife left card there at Zaxbys. There was another order on the card for $12.48. And also we bought something from Starsship in Vegas. Some one from Zaxbys used our card . We reported it to our Bank for Fraud. The stop payment. Be careful on using your bank card there

We stopped by here while traveling. We were told we could only get it to go because they were closing at 8:45. There were four in our group and the cashier seemed annoyed that we all ordered something. One meal was completely wrong but we were forced to eat outside and the doors were locked behind us so it could not be corrected. The bread was awful but the chicken was fine. We were completely done eating by 9:00 when they were supposed to close. They were rude to the customers that came in after us and would not take their orders.

Unsweet teas were undrinkable, tasted like dirt or mold. Order handed to us at the drive thru was incorrect, missing sides and items. Chicken was hot and worker was nice, that was about the only positives this time.

I first have to say I am more of a Chick-fil-A kind of guy. I decided to eat here for lunch today. I normally get a salad when I have eaten at Zaxby’s in the past, but decided to get the 3 piece nibbler lunch special. I was really disappointed! The chicken pieces were small and dried up. The buns were almost stale and way too big for the small pieces of chicken. Needless to say I will go back to a salad if and when I come here again. I will say the staff was very friendly and was working on keeping the inside clean so that was on a positive note. I just wish the food was better at this location.

I stopped by the Zaxby’s drive-thru around 8:30 p.m., and the experience was unacceptable. The employee at the window actually threw my drink at me instead of handing it properly. I was shocked at how rude and careless that was. Mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers that way.
Management really needs to address this kind of behavior

My worst Zaxby’s experience ever! I waited over 15 for my boneless wings meal. After finally receiving them, they were OLD and even the sauce had dried up. I alerted management and she was very unsympathetic even after agreeing that they were old. She semi discouraged me from getting a fresh order by saying fresh ones would take minutes. It’s now 20 minutes later and I still don’t have my food……

Food was alright but the drinks tasted like DIRT! Tried the tea and soda and both were undrinkable. I went to the bathroom and while in there an employee flushed and walked out of the stall and directly out the door without washing her hands. When we got back out she was the one PUTTING FOOD ON TRAYS. We will never come here again.

These two cashiers served me at the window. One sexy Justin Bieber looking lumberjack guy, and a funny plus size queen. They were hilarious, they made my day. My mom died two weeks ago and I felt sudden joy from these two happy fast food workers. All the money I spendt was worth it for my 8 kids.This was a couple days ago but the memory stays in my mind. I will always go to this Zaxby’s, even if I’m 100 states away. Zaxby’s forever ❤️

Im actually quite upset. This Zaxbys is usually really good but for a while now they’ve sucked. Tonight, I ordered a kicken chicken sandwich and fries with EXTRA seasoning. I have NO EXTRA seasoning. And there’s NO sauce on my kicken chicken sandwich. Very disappointed and after this I will be going to a different zaxbys. My advice: hire different kitchen staff.
