We ordered three orders of wings and things. It was cold. The chicken was dried to the bone. Chicken sat under heat lamp too long. Had it not been for the ranch there would have been no flavor.
I asked for no seasoning on Friday they were covered in seasoning. Fries were cold and dry.

I tried their Asian Zenzation Zalad and it was really good! They also have a Coke Freestyle machine in the lobby with plenty of drink choices and sweet/unsweet tea of course. The Staff are always friendly when I visit. Be prepared to wait in the evening on certain days for your food. This is one of the most popular places to order chicken from, especially on the weekends.

Slow service and Fry’s were cold and limp. But the manager made it right. If I wanted fly’s around my food I would have gone on a picnic. I realize however that this is not common for this restaurant…so I will be back as this is Not typically my experience at this restaurant. At that point I will evaluate and adjust my rateing. Staff was pleasent though. I’m sure it will be better next time.

Ordered inside for take out, got home and got everything out of bag to feed the family and the order was wrong and forgot the fries. I have called 4 times and it keeps going to voicemail. I get they may be busy but it was not that busy to not answer the phone! Very frustrating!!!

Forgot something in my order but the manager was super apologetic and offered me some complimentary cookies for the hassle. The drive thru service was fast and friendly, wings had a good flavor, the celery sticks were crispy and fresh, the fried mushrooms way better then I expected.

This was my first visit to a Zaxbys restaurant ever and it will be my last! Absolutely the worst food ever. I had a signature chicken sandwich and fried pickles the chicken was rock hard, dry and mostly breading. The pickles had almost no pickle flavor and were disgusting. I’ll stick with Chick fil a and Popeyes.

I tried to order the kid’s grilled cheese without the fries. Because my child does not eat fries.And I didn’t want to just throw them away. They said I couldn’t order it unless I took the fries. So my kid didn’t get to eat. We were in a hurry to get to his therapy and didn’t have time to stop somewhere else. He’s allergic to chicken, so that’s the only thing on the menu that he could have. I got grilled chicken strips and it was extremely expensive for what I got. Probably will not be back.

Super nice and accommodating staff. Guy who took my order was so nice about finding a vegan option for me, which I didn’t expect. I came with family and ate beforehand and assumed I’d just get a drink, but that was such a pleasant surprise. He suggested a house salad without cheese or meat. The citrus vinaigrette was delicious! They still put butter on my bread but hey. It’s the thought that counts.
