Did not really enjoy this location. I actually ordered the surf and turf basket, which is not too terrible of a deal. However, the shrimp was not flavored well and it came out cold. The chicken tenders are perfect as always along with toast and fries.

If I was dining in, I would’ve definitely turned the dish away and asked them to make a new one. Unfortunately I did waste my money at this location.

Funny to me that the AI summary says some orders can be inaccurate. We Mobile ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich yesterday. The sandwich was supposed to have chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. When I got home it had lettuce, tomato and cheese but they forgot the chicken!?! Seriously!?! We called to ask them to credit our account and were told “we can’t do that” and “why don’t you just come back”? I’m sorry but you screwed up. Why should I be further inconvenienced because your staff is incompetent? The offer they gave was they’ll put our name in the book and “next time” we’ll give you a free sandwich. There won’t be a next time!

Our family goes to this Zaxbys just about every Sunday after Church. Our grands love it. The service is quick, food is exceptionally fresh, hot and perfectly cooked every time. Before I sit down after getting my drink, they usually call my name that my order is ready. We love the team of servers. They are all very friendly and helpful. Also, the atmosphere is perfect. Cleanliness is also a plus. It is always clean and updated. Thank you to the owners of this particular restaurant.

Came in today 7/31/2025 8:35pm, I’ve got to say – I’m lost for words! First things first the food came out great! Very fresh and amazing! BIG BIG RECOGNITION for the lady upfront I believe she is the manager, she had a red shirt on and spoke both English and Spanish! Just wow! – exceptional customer service!! Probably the best service I’ve got in my whole life experience at Zaxbys! She did absolutely fantastic! For me to get my food fresh and for me to have written a review trust me, it had to be the best!

These kids act like they hate their jobs. No one pays any attention to what they are doing and god forbid you ask for something at the window. If a negative score existed on Google I’d leave it.

Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that it was riddled with errors. Nearly half of the items I had paid for were missing, leaving me with an incomplete meal and a hefty bill to boot. Despite attempting to address the issue with the staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in rectifying the situation.
The combination of poor service and a botched order left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my Zaxby’s experience. Spending $130 should guarantee a seamless dining experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality I encountered. I would caution others to think twice before opting for Zaxby’s drive-thru service, as the risk of disappointment seems to outweigh the convenience.
