If I was dining in, I would’ve definitely turned the dish away and asked them to make a new one. Unfortunately I did waste my money at this location.
Everything was fresh and hot!
These kids act like they hate their jobs. No one pays any attention to what they are doing and god forbid you ask for something at the window. If a negative score existed on Google I’d leave it.
As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was met with long wait times and disorganized staff who seemed overwhelmed by the workload. After finally placing my order, l expected a smooth and efficient transaction.
However, what followed was anything but.
Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that it was riddled with errors. Nearly half of the items I had paid for were missing, leaving me with an incomplete meal and a hefty bill to boot. Despite attempting to address the issue with the staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in rectifying the situation.
The combination of poor service and a botched order left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my Zaxby’s experience. Spending $130 should guarantee a seamless dining experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality I encountered. I would caution others to think twice before opting for Zaxby’s drive-thru service, as the risk of disappointment seems to outweigh the convenience.
