Stopped by Zaxby’s and had such a great experience that I had to share. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you hope for when you’re craving comfort favorites. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and had a really positive atmosphere.
But what stood out the most was the General Manager, Karrie. It was clear she genuinely cares — she was attentive, present, and going above and beyond for both customers and her team. That level of leadership and customer service doesn’t go unnoticed, and it made the entire visit even better.
It’s rare these days to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it absolutely shows. Thank you for the great experience — we’ll definitely be back!

I come to this zaxbys all of the time , since 2005 , and tonight was horrible. I ordered 10 traditional hot honey mustard wings with 3 extra honey mustard sauces . When I got to the window they handed me 10 plain fried wings and I asked could I get 10 traditional wings tossed in hot honey mustard and the cashier didn’t want to give me that and the guy who is the manager im assuming came right behind her and asked could he give me sauce and I make them myself and after I told him no I want them the way they normally come he throw the wings down by the register and slam the window in a angry manner. I have never experienced a person with that type of attitude at this Zaxbys EVER!!!! The guy who worked night shift on 2/26/2026 that done this is a liability to Zaxbys and the CEO of this store needs to know this . If the manager has a nasty attitude you can only imagine how he runs his shift. He left a nasty taste in my family’s mouth as my children witnessed this. It’s on camera I’m sure!!

Zaxby’s never misses. The food always comes out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The chicken is crispy, the toast is perfect, and that Zax Sauce? Legendary. The staff keeps things moving even when it’s busy, and the place stays clean. It’s my go-to spot when I want something quick but actually good. Highly recommend. Plus the milkshakes are amazing.

Zaxby’s is by far one of the best places in town to get food! I’m extremely happy that a can still place my order with a human being! It just seems so much more inviting. I get so tired of having to use those self service kiosks that seem to be so popular at other restaurants. I also enjoy knowing that the establishment cares about cleanliness and food safety. Not only do they have multiple managers on site that are servsafe certified, but they also have an A rating! Until a few years ago Id never tried Zaxbys, but now there’s no going back. I absolutely love there crinkle cut fries and hot honey mustard!!!! Thanks everyone. My family and I will continue to enjoy Zaxbys of Vidalia for many years to come!

We went thru the drive thru tonight they took our orde. My son asked two different times to go big on his order. They charged us for it but did not give it to home and when he told the girls at the window they both had an attitude. Terrible customer service. Rolled eyes took the bag back and acted like we were the problem for wanting what we ordered. Opened the window and stuck her arm out eith the bag with her back turned. No apology, no thank you, nothing!! And the manager was right there!

We stopped in with an entire softball team during lunchtime and were very impressed with the customer service and fast service. All 22 of us were seated and eating our food within 5 minutes of walking in the door. We will definitely return to this Zaxbys in the future!

This place is the best!! People need to realize that these employees work hard everyday! The food quality is great and the customer service is amazing, I enjoyed my meal, I went thru the drive thru, got my order taken quickly, got my food quickly and enjoyed my day!
