we go in the lobby to order not knowing it was closed cus the door was open and it was another customer ordering and one of the employees just start crashing out, cussing and some more telling us to hurry up and order our food so we can go. Horrible experience for our first time trying the food and coming from out of town, it was @11pm on 2/20/26 lightskin masculine female worker. The other workers were amazing though, it wasn’t everybody else’s fault and we got the food fast.

I visited this location tonight, and the only items available were tenders and fries. I ordered the 3-piece tender combo, and it was extremely disappointing. Both the fries and tenders were hard and tasted like they were cooked in old grease.
I also ordered a Pepsi Zero, which had a strange taste and an unpleasant smell. I ended up throwing it away.
Unfortunately, it was too late to drive back across town to request a refund. Overall, something was clearly off with this meal, and the experience was bad enough that I’m concerned about food safety.

Here while on break and they stated they had a 15 minute waiting period. If the doors open at 10:00 the food needs to be prepared. I do understand things happen however a customer should never have to wait that long for food. Also I told them that their drink machine was giving out watered down drinks and the cashier responded and said “what would you like for me to do?” And proceeded to say “idk what to tell you” very unprofessional

Before this visit the last time I had eaten at a Zaxbys was circa 2012 when I lived in North Charleston SC. This was as good as I remembered, but they had a large selection of hot sauces which I didn’t remember… I got one of each of the top 4 spiciest to sample and they were all amazing!

Please get some exterior lights for the drive-thru! I visited at 8:30 PM and the menu wasn’t even visible due to poor lighting.

The training manager, McKayla, waited on us and was absolutely wonderful. In fast food places, I usually get people who have a flat affect and just glare at you. This young lady smiled, was super friendly and helped me get the salad the way I wanted it. She was so professional and conscientious. Zaxby’s, give this girl a promotion!!!!!

I placed an online pick up order and I arrive at the time it was supposed to be ready. The girl at the front told me it wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes I asked again if it was ready and they said the same thing. After another 10 minutes I asked a guy that was behind the desk if the plate that had been sitting there since I got there was mine and he checked and it was… by the time I finally got my food it was cold

This is the most nastiest food I have ever had from Zaxby. My wings was burnt and old. I paid $18.51 for 10 wings and a piece of bread that’s way too much for my food to taste like this. On top of that I tried calling the number on the receipt because I made it all the way home and could not turn around. The number is disconnected. SMH we have to do better if it looks like something you won’t eat please do not serve it to anyone else

Zaxbys charges too much for the quality of food they serve. My DRY RUB Lemmon pepper wings were not as advertised. The wings were undercooked I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home and the fries were old and like warm. The house salad barely had any chicken on it and my tea was warm…No ice…all for $50 I could’ve gone to an actually decent restaurant and gotten more for my money vs a fast food joint. I used to love Zaxbys but this is my last time spending money with them especially this location.
