Reviews
Another customer was mistakenly given my order, and instead of remaking it immediately, the employee with red locs acted as if it was acceptable to simply take the food back and hand it to me. That is a serious cross-contamination concern and should never be treated casually. The initial response showed a low level of service and a lack of understanding of basic food safety guidelines.
Thankfully, Alexis stepped in and corrected the situation immediately. She clearly stated that the food needed to be re-cooked, explaining that once an order has been in another customer’s possession, it cannot be reused. Her professionalism, awareness of health standards, and willingness to speak up restored my confidence in the situation.
Alexis deserves praise and recognition for following proper food safety protocols and putting the customer’s health first. That level of accountability is exactly what should be expected in the food service industry. Management should use her as an example for training, because everyone on staff should understand and follow these guidelines without hesitation.
While the overall service started off poorly, Alexis turned it around and handled the situation the way it should have been handled from the beginning.
