Let me start by saying this may very well be one of the best Zaxbys I’ve ever entered. I walk in and immediately see smiling faces great attitudes. Then there’s a man by the name of Grover who’s absolutely the most respectful , kindest and hard working man I’ve encountered in a long time. Asking everyone if there was anything he could get for them. Constantly cleaning I’m pretty sure I never saw his feet or hands stop except to thank someone for coming in. Then David and Julia behind the counters were upbeat and very enthusiastic. If I owned a restaurant business these are the kind of employees I’d love to have.

It was the last day that Zaxbys was offering half – off milkshakes in 2025! I have tried on SEVERAL occasions, to compliment two of your extraordinary employees! They are Grover and Adriene. Unfortunately, I have not had an opportunity to personally come by during these past MANY MONTHS, to continue my pursuit to compliment these employees, until today, Sat.,2/7!! Grover was definitely in his element, providing excellent welcoming service to the Zaxby customers, as we awaited our orders…He even offered us a glass of water, while we waited!! Adriene was SO sincere in wanting to provide attentive service, as well. She has lovely “people skills”!! This location of Zaxby’s is always consecutively excellent very clean. Your order is always correct. Everything’s always in stock and ready. I have not a single complaint the restaurant attendant (I believe his name is Grover) is always absolutely on top of everything and triple checking to make sure everything is just perfect. He really is wonderful and a huge asset. I really appreciate him.

I had a great dine in experience day. I normally go thru the drive thru. Mr. Grover is exceptional with his customer service. I sat and watched how he greeted every single customer who came into the restaurant, even holding the door open for them to come and go. Restaurant is nice and clean and everyone is friendly.

Grover was very caring to me and he made sure everything was fine. He checked on me multiple times to make sure I was having the best experience. Also there trainee named Sydney did very well. She prepared my food quickly and efficient. Overall I had an amazing experience.

My response disappeared before I was finished. I visited a lot of fast foods and also a lot of Zaxbys and by far, I have never experienced a restaurant like this. This is my third visit to this location and honestly, I stopped today not necessarily because I was hungry, but because I needed that atmosphere. The vibe is customer service, high energy, cleanliness, helpfulness. It is simply a joy to walk in here. And I needed that pick me up today. Every employee here takes ownership of a good customer experience. Not in an overwhelming manner, but with an air of friendliness and cooperativeness that is hard to come by in today’s world. Who would have thought a fast food restaurant could make my day? But that’s exactly what this location did today. Great job.

Stopped by this Zaxby’s on Briarcliff and had a great experience. Stephen was extremely friendly, quick, and made sure our order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Zaxby’s. Amazing. Customer service like that makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good thing about this Zaxby’s location. Most Zaxby’s are run down, dark, and gloomy. That is not the case at this location. The freshly renovated building paired with the upbeat and friendly staff (Grover, Julie, Colson, etc. I have not had a single negative experience with a staff member at this location.) makes for a great dining experience at a great price. Definitely recommend getting lemon pepper on anything you order!
