I don’t know if this is new or just this location, but the chicken strips got smaller. The taste and quality of the chicken is still the same old Zaxby’s but the strips got smaller and the plate I was served just looked a bit sad.

The restaurant is clean but the manager or whoever she was that assisted me with my order was extremely rude. She argued with me about giving me the cup for the large drink on my order. I had to show her on the receipt I had a large drink. Then she interrogated me about what drink I was getting. I picked make my own at store so I’m not sure what that was about? Then she tried to say I couldn’t get ice in the kids drink on my order? Also the fry box for the kids meal was basically empty. Overall a weird and hostile experience picking up my app order. I’ll definitely pick other restaurants in the future when I’m in the area.

I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich. They gave me a little sauce on the sandwich then told me it’ll be .25¢ for extra of each. There was a time when the bread was soggy bc of the amount of sauce now you can barely taste it. Also when I walked through the door I was greeted w a hand on hip and a face that read what are you doing here. She didn’t stop until I did the same back to her. Tgg he at was my sign to leave, and I should have.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. A manager (young woman with glasses) was openly disrespectful and aggressive toward her cashier, yelling “my time, my time” loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear. As a customer, it was disturbing to witness, and as someone with basic decency, it was unacceptable. No employee deserves to be spoken to like that, especially in front of customers. For a store that claims to be one of the top locations, this behavior is embarrassing. Management should be ashamed and needs to address how their supervisors treat both staff and customers.

This is my favorite location. Always correct t on the order. Been getting the zensation wrap and they do the best when wrapping with lots of filling. I have to say the majority of the wraps I get falls apart with lower than avg filling..

I don’t eat Zaxby’s often. But, when I do. I always get the fried chicken cobb salad . It tastes so good with a side of Texas toast. This location is clean with plenty of parking space. Speedy service I also noticed that the drive thru was moving fast as well and friendly staff.

Ordered through Doordash and there was a hair in my milkshake and my meal only had 5 fries. Now every restaurant around my hotel is closed and I have no dinner after traveling all day. Very disappointed.

The food here was amazing. Your employee Will Bykat did a great job in making me a satisfying customer. He is the reason why I will come to this exact same Zaby’s every day. Speedy service and decent food. I went on Sunday and was surprised to see 8 cars in the drive through but it all made sense when I saw the sign it was drive through only. They moved the cars through quickly – somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
I thought the tea was good, the fries are the bomb and the chicken tenders were okay. They seemed to have most of the breading falling off but they were cooked correctly and tasted decent.
