The kicken chicken sandwich was cold and drenched in mostly ranch. Even the remakes. The food was cooked in old grease. Fries included. Idk why these fast food places think people won’t notice or it’s just not enough people out here with high standards in food quality.

I have my receipt and the food. I’ll be coming for my refund. Thank you.
Only reason I gave it a two for service was because of one wonderful young lady at the window.

my family and I visited this Zaxby’s at a time that their truck did not arrive with supplies. They pretty much didn’t have anything that we wanted on the menu including the ZAX SAUCE ‍♀️ however my experience with the employees.Justice,La’toya,Faith And the whole kitchen crew was so nice and funny that it made the experience pleasant.
I will say the Zaxby’s in these areas need to tighten up on their inventory and truck deliveries. I’ll find it only strange that they’re only in the urban areas that we lack the things that we need. I was truly disappointed in the options that were available because they didn’t have supplies

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a mobile order because I just got home from having my daughter .. the young woman at the window gave us the wrong order. Then caught an attitude because my husband corrected her and asked for the food we ordered. Paid almost $70 and my Cobb salad was old lettuce, & 2 pieces of chicken. Could tell it was thrown together. NEVER again. Don’t be mad when you have to actually do your job.

I use to love this zaxby in riverdale but it’s has slowly gone downhill to what sits there today, every time I order or I do ubereats you have to specifically ask for sauce, and don’t let them tell you that they put it in there, PLEASE check your bag BEFORE you leave!! They will lie and of course say, YES ( with a smile) also check to make sure your food is still warm, I sadly found this out while ubereating and the customer called me to complain when i dropped it off

Manager Kenmaya was awesome tonight . she made sure the entire lobby was taken care even though it was jammed packed. She didn’t fold under that pressure like most would. I haven’t been here in a while and after this visit I’ll definitely be back

Ordered me the chicken wrap this evening came home and it was a dry chicken wrap with no dip extremely dry. I tried to add me to it, but the test was just awful. It was the waste of my $9 dollars and change. The girl was just busy talking to her coworker. I’m sure that’s the reason why she forgot. People work too hard for their money nowadays for it to be wasted

I will never eat at zaxbys again. After football practice me and the kids got to the drive thru at 8:30, there was a line. When we got to the speaker it said “sorry we’re closed”. Worst customer experience I’ve had. I’m happy Raising Canes is coming to GA. I don’t even leave bad reviews but this situation I had to. I told my kids don’t ever ask me for Zaxbys.

I placed an online order through the app on September 28 2025 under my fiance Pablo. When I arrived to the Zaxbys it was locked even though they don’t close until 10. We went through the drive thru where we waited for assistance. A young lady saw us and we told her we had placed an order online and she told us yeah well we have no more food tonight. I was confused because the order went through on the app. However I told her it was fine I just wanted my refund. She then told me she could not give me a refund I have to get it through calling the number on the app. I called the number and they told me this zaxbys is franchised and I can only get my refund through them. I still never received the food I ordered and I never received my refund. I have been patient. This took place 9/28/25 and it is now 10/10/25 and I still haven’t received my refund.

I ordered my food in drive thru (Chk 4360). When I got home I noticed an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. I also received a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal. I took the food back to Zaxbys and informed the cashier. My order was redone. After I received my order a female in the back apologized. The front cashier then asked me to throw away the food I brought back that was on the counter the entire time I was waiting. Customer service and training is essential. I was disappointed I had to return because my order was incorrect and an employee personal property was in my food. The dining area cashier was unapologetic and did not throw away the food I returned. Instead she let the food sit on the counter and expected me to discard the order.
