Ok,but slipping chicken don’t need to be like jerky,and servers need to keep extra grease in kitchen when bag is soaked it gets in cust car!! They leave alot to be desired!! Managers wake up and leed more then manage!!

I pulled in to the drive thru at 9:17pm, pulled away at 9:55, on a Tuesday night. That’s fine, it was my choice not to cook, and wait for food. The crew was polite and seemed to be doing best they could. Chicken tenders have gotten a little bigger since the last time, when they were as small as the dipping sauce container, honestly! The Signature Sandwich was a complete waste, except the dog loved it. Barely a drop of sauce and some kind of nasty taste to the chicken. None of the toppings that were pictured on it, just 3 pickles on a dried out piece of chicken.

We just went threw the drive threw. We waited10min for a grilled salid. Had to go in and get it. Said they were grilling chicken and it would 4 more min. If you are in a hurry, fast food was not an option

Normally this Zaxby’s is bussin’ but today I ordered a loaded fry and got a cold soggy not-loaded fry, it was literal garbage I’m positive they gave me an older meal sitting around they had been eating out of.

I stopped in for a late lunch around 2:45 p.m. on a Friday. I ordered the Big Zax Snack Pak and was hugely disappointed. The chicken fingers were barely warm. The french fries were cold, limp, and unseasoned. The toast was undeniably old and also cold. Service was friendly but I would not spend any money here again any time soon.

There were people everywhere waiting on food at least 4 families waiting for food inside and the drive thru was packed as well, took about 30 mins to get our food… the floor was very sticky in the dining area but so slippery in the bathroom my mom almost slid down..
