This location is my favorite. The other night I came in 15min before closing and placed an order. When I recieved my order I noticed it was wrong and let the staff know. All of the staff were quick to try and offer a refund or replace the order and they were all apologetic for the mishap. I will absolutely be coming here again. The customer service was the best I have experienced from a fast food location in a very long time.

Went on Halloween night and the service(drive thru) was very quick. It is much better than before the remodel. It used to take a good 10mins from the time you ordered to the time you got your food, but that night we ordered and by the time we got to the window, (2-3mins) the food was ready and it was hot. I was impressed. I will come by more often.

Place has been remodeled. Looks nice. The service is always friendly. I rather take a few extra minutes to commute here than the Zaxbys closer to me. Just better service and quality of food in my opinion.

The drive through is TERRIBLE! You can barely pull in with how curvy they got the drive way! You can see where several ppl have hit the curb just trying to go through the curve to tell their order! And they no longer carry diet Dr . Pepper! What?! That’s insane!!

I was waiting in line tonight it was around 8:50-8:54PM I witnessed an employee cursing a customer out trying to enter the drive thru after she placed the cones out. According to Google it closes at 9:00PM and I suppose the employee was attempting to close early and the customer wasn’t happy. They then proceeded to shout and yell at each other in the parking lot using extreme profanity… my six year old son is now using the four letter word that begins with “F” and ends with “K” . The way the employee acted was 100% unacceptable and very unprofessional. No matter what the circumstances are. The employees there are normally rude already but this proved it that they are super disrespectful and have no filter and do not care how they act. It’s only been opened again for a brief time. I will never return to this location after what I witnessed . I’ve called corporate and told them as well. If you’re going to close at 8:53 then change the hours on Google to that time. Hopefully management does something to rectify this employees behavior, if not it will only continue .

My boyfriend stopped on his way home from work and picked us up 2 Cobb salads. We treat ourselves to them every 6-8 weeks, occasionally more often. We always request extra French fried onions. The salads we got were so pitiful. The $4.50 (?) salads that you can get at Walmart look better than the salads we wound up with. I can assure you. If it would allow I would upload a picture to show you the difference between what’s advertised, and what y’all handed out the drive thru window. Just to give you a point of reference, when I picked up my Texas toast, there was Ø lettuce under it. Like there was very little lettuce and not even the typical amount of French fried onions, let alone the extra we asked for. I did call management who said that we could bring them back in and she’d fix them, he was unfortunately already eating his and not really in the mood to leave again, he had just got home from a long day at work. So, instead of offering another way to make it right, Danielle said, ” I’m sorry and I’ll definitely have a word with the cooks. Very disappointed! If y’all are doing the shrinkage that so many other businesses are, have the decency to decrease the size of the container you’re putting the food in.

The zensation salad had awful purple asian slaw and large pieces of purple cabbage. I usually love the Asian slaw. I have had this salad many times. Never have i had it like this and the chicken was cold too. I asked for grilled chicken and was told no. The spicy fried mushrooms were greasy. I don’t recommend Zaxbys on Commerce Ave in Lagrange, GA

They have horrible customer service! The lady taking my order would not let me finish a sentence and would cut me off. I order a fried chicken salad with NO TOMATOES OR CHEESE. Told her multiple times and didn’t listen because I had tomatoes and cheese and I think the cheese was moldy it stunk so bad I couldn’t even eat it. Was terrible!!!!

Food order all wrong. Customer service is this, take the food back to them for correction. I live a long way from the restaurant so I couldn’t do that. I called that night and the manager, Cory. No resolution. And they don’t care. Waste of my time and money. This is a picture of my kickin’ chicken sandwich. Just chicken and the bread. Don’t order anything from here.
