We ordered the Wings&Things meal and an extra ranch and zax sauce. The register lady rang us up wrong, but we didn’t realize til we got the food 52 minutes later. Checked the receipt, and I went up there. The director was there trying to fix the mess that was causing the restaurant to run slow. I got charged another $6 to match the price. Sure I get where he was coming from, so I agreed. I was disgruntled that I had to wait nearly an hour just to get the wrong food. If i was truly upset, i could demand a refund. The director or manager guy was very nice and forgiving. He wasn’t around so my strips ended up sitting for 12 minutes on a tray. None of the works cared at all for it. Really frustrating and my wife and I will not be returning.
I’m thankful for the director/manager trying his best, but I’m sorry that he has to deal with all of that mess.

After asking for fresh fries this is what i got. I have never been so disappointed in the business. You come in staff is all laughing and playing around and not doing their job. Then waited a long time to pay for this food.

We ordered food on the mobile app. It said 7-14 minutes for our food. I know it’s going to take a little while, but it took 45 minutes from when the order was placed until my husband walked out with the food (which was a salad, chicken tenders, sandwich, and kids grilled cheese). We placed the order and about 15 minutes after it was placed we said our name at the drive through line. They asked us to pull forward. We waited another 15 minutes after pulling forward. Finally my husband went in and waited 15 more minutes inside. Other people who ordered after us were getting their food left & right. This happens ALL THE TIME. I’m sick of “fast food” taking longer than a sit down restaurant.

Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru just to get cold fries and the saddest looking “quesadilla” I’ve seen in a while. It’s not a quesadilla if it’s only in one tortilla, that’s a taco and a flavorless one at that. Almost no ranch on it and the bacon was limp and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. My wife’s chicken bacon loaded fries were cold and flavorless as well. Can’t say I’d voluntarily come back here again.

Garbage! this location made my family and I wait 1hr for take out. Sitting in the car and watched 2 drive through lines go down. I goes in to ask my husband and daughter what’s the hold up. The cook or whomever the lady was in the back preparing the food goes to streaming at me saying it 8 others still in front of us. When I spoke up 10other people was there before us complained. Customers should never wait an hour for their order . Fire the lady with no customer service and all mouth in the back . I got a refund ! Always trying to pull people out of character!

Last 3 times ive tried to get food from here the drive thru is at a complete freeze. No car movement for the 10-15 mins, probably longer but I just leave at that point.
Food is fine when and if you can ever get it. I would try inside but that is just as slow, order and then wait half an hour.

We went through the drive thru on Sunday evening at 6:12. We did not get our food until 6:35 and we had to go into the restaurant to get it after paying at the drive thru. When we opened the sandwich once we got into the interstate it was plain. No lettuce, tomato or sauce! There was no apology for taking so long and the staff acted like we were a burden. We ordered a salad and a grilled chicken sandwich, nothing else.
