hey, so I ordered DoorDash from this place today and usually my orders are mostly right but today I got it. it made me not want to order nothing else i supposed to had double fries with one of my orders but they gave me coleslaw and I hate coleslaw then my drinks were not right and there was not the same size. I ordered two fruit punches and one Coca-Cola and received a blue mystery drink that tasted like water. I called up there to see if they will let me at least come and exchange your drinks or anything, but the manager told me they have nothing to do with third-party orders. I asked him why was my order wrong and was they out of hi – c fruit punch or any fries and he said no and he isn’t sure why i received it. so I’m trying to figure out if you’re the manager on duty why are the orders are not getting made properly. But next time Austin if ur going to mange it correctly

My husband and I came through the drive thru to order and the young lady Harmony took our order. I was very impressed because she didn’t have a menu she could give us because someone had recently left with it but was able to tell us everything about the menu. She helped us order confidently. I didn’t like the atmosphere much though because there was not very much light outside and we almost drove past her. There should definitely be more lighting for the customers and especially where orders are expected to be taken.

Just at this location, why do they have this young lady standing outside take order in the rain, we are have bad weather in Ga right now ITS COOL WINDY AND RAINING. Get some better Cover for the employees to do their job and keep them safe while doing it. This is unacceptable I rate this location a BIG FAT 0 for this.

Why is someone outside taking orders but they don’t automatically offer a menu like you just know off hand their menu? Why are there no prices on the menu they hand you? They stand soooo far back from the big menu with the prices even though there isn’t a line. It feels very scammy. How is that amount of fried pickles $5.99? It’s always something at this location ! Last time I came they gave me a salad that had the soggiest lettuce I couldn’t eat it. This time I come, mind you there’s NO SIGN stating that they’ve went cashless on the15th. One of the employees lied to their manager Myrcle saying she let me know this at the window which she DID NOT and instead of giving me my food because of their mistake Myrcle simply said there’s nothing we can do and sent me on my way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

And the child on the headset said it’s a lady under a tent taking orders..I said ma’am no one came out the the tent , no one was there, so instead of them taking my order at the order box she said we taking them at the tent and never said anything else… taking my business else where

Today is Sunday and your drive thru employee has a nasty attitude. You guys only have dr.pepper and fanta. And told me I had to drive around in order to cha ge my drink on top of telling me to pull up when I asked for a sauce. I frequent this location several times a week and the behavior today was disappointing.

This location is one of the best in Georgia! Always extremely clean, great service and the food is on point! The supervisor, Tavon and his staff are always on top of their game and deliver wonderful service to their customers. I highly recommend giving them a visit!
