Had an issue with an incorrect order. Called and spoke with Manager Melissa P and got the issue resolved quickly. She was apologetic and understood and made it right. Best zaxbys in the area hands down!!

Don’t expect fast service with a carry out order, I waited 27 minutes for a 6 piece tenders meal. I got several apologies but this must be a rather common occurrence when customers walk in and ask how long have you been waiting then when they find out they leave. Employees seemed confused and overwhelmed when more customers started to come in. No issues with temperature or quality of food though.

Used to love this location. We were so happy to have zaxbys that had good food and service. Here the last few months, this location has had a steady decline. The food is typically incorrect, the sauces are incorrect or not given at all. We go today and get a 6 pc chicken finger plate. The food was just haphazardly thrown into the container so the toast was under the sauced tenders just soggy and gross. The fries are undercooked and not seasoned at all. They’re soggy and gross. The chicken tenders had a piece of something that definitely isn’t chicken in it (photos will be provided). This isn’t quality, it’s ridiculous. I feel like my money was stolen since I paid for the food but feel way too grossed out to eat it. I will never be back to this location, this was the last straw. And I will warn others away from this location as well. Maybe try a zaxbys outside of griffin as this town seems to have an issue with customer service and getting orders correct. All in all, I would say it isn’t worth the money. If you’re spending around $30 for two people to eat, choose somewhere else. This place isn’t hit or miss, it is just consistently MISS. It also makes me sad as zaxbys is one of my faves, and I tried to give them sooooo many chances. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Never again.

It’s so frustrating to come here for frozen lemonade, pay for it, and then be told “oh it’s not working now”, have to then wait for the “manager” to figure out how to refund my card, then have to go back into the store to ask him to refund both lemonades and not just one seeing as I paid for both. Go inside the store to politely ask for the refund & see the machines are in fact, running and full. Even still, I said thank you and walked away with my receipts. Please train your employees to communicate better & understand the point of sale systems they are operating from. Y’all’s lemonade machine stories are starting to sound an awful lot like McDonald’s ice cream machines…

I went through the drive thru on 7/2/25 and received exceptional service from Ms. Melissa! She took the time to tell me about the survey and the coupon you would receive. She is great!! Will most definitely come back to see her!! Wonderful worker and very respectful! She deserves a pay raise!
