This place is definitely not as good as it use to be when it first opened. My last purchase was an online pickup on 8/12/23. I asked for regular seasoning on my 3 dinners but they came with absolutely no seasoning at all. Then I only received 7 of the 8 boneless wings in my order. I go there because it’s close to home but I’ll start taking the drive to NE Expressway from now on.

Food was brought to me quick. It was very fresh, hot and tasty. Cookies were soft. Employees were nice. I suggest dining in it as it was very peaceful. Reminded me of the old Zaxbys, please don’t lose your touch.

Only gets 2 stars because this location used to be really good. 3rd straight trip when the wings didn’t have enough sauce to taste, the tenders were badly overcooked and there’s no seasoning on the fries. I’m not going to keep paying $50 for food that tastes bad.

Average Zaxby’s. The food was good and hot, but the portions were weird. We got 2 orders of cheese bites, and one box was completely full with way more than a normal amount, and the other box was nearly empty. We sorted it out ourselves, but if these orders had gone to separate cars, someone would have been very disappointed.

Not sure what changed but I didn’t go to this location for about 2 months because my order was almost always wrong, cold or not fresh. But it was much better this time the order was right and the food was hot and fresh.
