The employee at the window/door where you pick up your food didn’t speak at all. We had asked if it was a straw in the bag, and she didn’t even respond. She had a frown the entire time and walked back in fast. Ordered and paid for a 6 finger plate only got 5. I didn’t have time to go back because, I had a long drive home. I will not be back due to unfriendliness of the staff and incorrect order.

I’ve been coming to Zaxby’s for lunch for quite some time and usually order the House Salad with a large cup of water. The employees are always kind, but today I wanted to take a moment to recognize someone in particular—Jerrica.
Jerrica always greets me with a smile when she hands me my order, and she is consistently sweet and kind. She makes it a point to say hello and always wishes me a good day or a blessed day before I leave. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference.
Jerrica is a wonderful example of excellent customer service, and I appreciate her kindness every time I visit.

Sauce not nearly full. Even with 2 cups there isn’t enough for my meal. Very nice and friendly staff.

Don’t waste your time stopping at this location. Both of the people I dealt with were rude.
Since I was ordering food for my daughter and myself, and she was not with me, I decided to walk up to order so I wasn’t holding up the drive thru while I figured out what we both wanted. As I was walking around the building a lady slides open a window and says “What do you want!” I asked to see a menu. She says she would have to go find one.
A few minutes late a young guy coming to the window and says basically the same thing. “What do you want! ” I ask again for a menu. He shoved a laminated menu out the window says ” Let me know what you want” then slammed it closed again. When he handed the food menu out, another small drink menu fell out with the food menu. I tried to hand it back to him but he had already closed the window. When I tried to get his attention. No one would open the window. So, I stuck both menus between the 2 sliding windows and walked away. This is the first and only Zaxby’s that I have seen that doesn’t have a place to eat inside or even order food other than using the drive thru.
With customer service like this, I’ll take my business and my money somewhere else.

Just went through the drive through. I ordered 2 garden salads, I told her, no chicken, no bacon, no eggs. We spoke at length at the window. She asked me if I was a vegetarian and how long I’ve not been eating meat. The conversation was great. I told her my faith doesn’t allow me to consume flesh. Here I am with 2 salads FULL of chicken. I don’t live in this area, so going back wasn’t an option. My experience was totally ruined
UPDATE!!!!! It’s been 3 weeks and nothings been done. I went to the website as asked, filled it out and Still nothing. Please understand the economy is tight right now, consider it a blessing that people come to your restaurant. I need a refund ASAP

Seriously some of the worst service i’ve ever received at any Zaxby’s. Got my order wrong twice and absolutely drenched my food in watery coleslaw. On top of that their cheddar bite portions are closer to rations. Had 10 bites in one container for $5 as well as not even being warm. Insulting.

Waited AT SPEAKER in drive thru 14 minutes before my order was taken. 4 cars got out of line and left while I was patiently waiting. Pay window was quick. When I got up to the window (door) to get my food I waited another 15 minutes. The chicken was small and hard, fries soggy, and the toast was like rubber. Never again!! The young man who brought my food to the car was very kind and apologetic.
