Although the food seem to be fresh m, the order included slaw, which was not included and the drinks had ice when we requested no ice. Also we requested curbside side but we had to go in to pick up which the order was just sitting there. (We have no problem picking it up inside if we were made aware). They need to improve on customer service and order accuracy.

Ordered curbside said my order would be ready at 1105 get there at 1101 I wait I look it’s 1120 still no order I walks in wait in line I ask at 1122 my order is sitting on the counter likes it’s been there for a while I get it and here back to work Emmy food is cold as ice. Zaxbys is my go to fur a great salad, crispy fries and juicy flavorful tenders. I was disappointed this visit. The tenders were neither crispy nor juicy. And even tho we had to pull into a parking spot to wait on our food, the fries were not hot and crispy either. They weren’t seasoned well either.

Ms. Wally or Wiley or Riley (I didn’t hear her name that well), the manager on duty for the Thursday night shift, was AMAZING. She was very professional but she also had a warmth to her personality that I haven’t experienced in customer service in a very long time. It was very close to closing time yet she was welcoming and accommodating as she assisted me at the register with a smile. Her team seemed content and focused. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. My food was fresh even though I arrived only 6 minutes before the restaurant closed. What an excellent experience all due to Ms. Wally operating the restaurant in a such an amazing manner. Well done!

This place is poorly managed. Ordered in the drive through. It seemed like the cars were moving at a decent speed. What I didn’t know until after I paid, they were having every one pull up and wait. Been here for 20 minutes. This place needs better management. Also, the person on the mic taking orders couldn’t understand plain English.

I’m not sure why i even bother leaving a review… i know nothing will change… but it’s like people have no pride in providing food service. It’s 12:09, It was not busy, and the service was awful. The young lady taking my order had me repeat 4 times because of so much laugher coming through the drive thru speaker. Very unprofessional! The lady presenting food was the best. But did you guys even try on this sandwich? Will not be back. I’ve tried but i can’t keep getting bad service

I placed an order through UberEats and received the wrong food. The driver explained that he initially picked up the bag with my name on it from a new employee in training. The manager then intervened, claimed it was not correct, removed items from that bag, and placed them into another before handing him a bag labeled with Kisha’s name. The driver accepted the switch without hesitation and delivered food to me under another customer’s name. This is not a minor mix-up. My order was disregarded, Kisha’s order was mishandled, and both the manager and the driver failed in their responsibility to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Delivering food knowingly mislabeled is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about care, integrity, and accountability

We popped into Zaxby’s for a bite to eat, and were served by such a pleasant and sweet cashier named Desire. She gladly stopped what she was doing to help me locate the salt! We watched her leave her station when she had no customers to wipe the tables down. Management material, for sure!
