They never get the orders right. Kids meal had maybe 10 fries in it. Workers are always more into their conversation with each other rather than taking time to do their jobs right. And this isn’t a one time mess up it been several times. I will do business elsewhere.

This place is hit or miss with freshness. Most of the time, the fries are old, slightly cold, and undercooked. I miss the days when everything was made fresh to order. The service here has always been on point. I just hope the food catches up.

The bread was burnt. The frys were over cooked and hard. Their wings were bone dry! Their chicken was so small it was a complete waste of time coming here. They gave me ranch sauce instead of zax sauce. I will never come back.

Moved to Temple last October & keep trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but they keep letting me down. I worked for zaxbys for 2 years in high school so I’m fully aware as to how the kitchen & front is suppose to operate. If you got 20 minutes to burn just order the grilled chicken. Ordered a grilled Cobb and asked for another filet on the side. Cashier repeated my order correctly yet somehow I end up with nothing on the side & “oh it’s on the salad” when I said something about it I was told “oh no you didn’t say on the side”, so apparently I’m just a fool who doesn’t remember what we verbally confirmed at the intercom. Drive thru service is always sluggish & more often than not they mess up your order somehow. At least the managers are understanding and will make it right but after so many occasions it gets old. Maybe Villa Rica or Bremen location is a better option.

We live in town and have busy lifestyles with practices and school so Zacbys has become a favorite for our family, until recently. The past several times the food has been cold, hard, little to no meat in the boneless wings, no sauce on the wings and no dipping sauce was given to us on our last visit at all. This really upsets me as we have to pay extra for extra sauce but they can not even include the sauce that is supposed to come with the meal. There has been little to no customer service when we go, everyone seems miserable. Maybe that is managements fault as the last time I actually went in and she was actually yelling at the employees. If you go any time soon check your order and be sure if you need utensils ask for them as they don’t give them.
