Visited this location today at 5:20 pm because quite frankly it’s on my daily trek.
I attempted to order a peach tea but because it’s often too sweet, I asked if I could have half sweetened /half unsweetened tea. Literally one extra step in the making of my $4 drink.
The drive through person ( Alexandra or Cameron) advised me that she couldn’t do what I asked? I repeated it back in an inquisitive manner because this is how I order it at every Zaxbys. She repeated it again, (that she could not make a half sweet/half unsweetened tea with adding the Monin Peach syrup).
I was told to drive around. My receipt indicates I paid for peach tea, which is an extra charge. Driving away,I sampled my drink. I was not given what I asked for.
There are literally 3 employees standing in the drive thru window area conversing at a slow point of the day, it’s still wrong!

First time back to this location on a while. Very friendly, easy to order and only short normal wait for the order to be called out to pick up. Always hot and fresh just right. The remodel was a little more difficult for our group of six to sit together. The previous round tables are gone. Just two rectangular tables we could push together. Otherwise all was great.

I rarely do reviews but this place is just ridiculously overpriced for subpar food. Placed an order for a salad and Zak snack meal ($25.00) with one drink. I got the total and realized this place is more expensive over any other local Zaxby’s locations. Must be the new paint job I’m paying for. The food was dry and tenders were tiny little cuts and there was also an issue with my receipt and order. The order was dine in and I got it in a bag to go. I can’t say I will ever be back. This is where shrinkflation meets inflation. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got better food and service, and price. At this rate Zaxby’s won’t be around long.
