Ordered 3 meals and 2 appetizers for 5 people because we share. I had to go back inside after sitting in drive thru for a while, because they only put about 5 white Cheddar bites in box, and a half order of Fried Pickles. They added Cheddar bites, but wouldn’t do anything about Pickles. Got home and they skimped on fries too. Just not same as it used to be. Btw, Asian salad is not that good. They put dressing on it for you, which makes it soggy. Not sure why, bc they give you packs of dressing. They don’t do that on other salads. I will stick with house salad next time.

Adequate for what it is. Wings were pretty bad, chicken tenders were spot on. Buffalo garlic sauce was yummy. Service was as expected for fast food. The cashier was trying his best to keep things moving smoothly. Not quite Chick-fil-A quality but close.

This location always seems to have a 20-30 wait at a minimum. On top of that, I have asked 4 times to get them to toss the chicken in the Loaded Fries in a sauce (something they used to do and every other location I’ve tried had no issue with). The last 4 times I’ve communicated it as clearly as possible and they’ve confirmed that’s no issue, but then every time they’ve not done it and just put a little sauce on the side.

I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for years and it’s always been fine—today however My nibblerz meal was overcooked, every single item. The bread was literally burnt black. The FEW fries were well-done, and the chicken was unforgivingly dry and the outside breading crunched like a tortilla chip. Normally i can rely on the Zax Sauce to cover up any unfortunate side effects from being left too long to cook, However, in this case there was approximately one drop of sauce on each sandwich. I’m not joking it was pitiful.

First time having Zaxby’s. Food was delicious, IMO somewhere right in between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes on the tasty scale. Staff was friendly. Good place to get a chicken sandwich.

Whoever worked the night of February 1st (cook and drive they worker) deserves to get suspended . I got a number 2 and my tender came out bitten and I got cold fries. I had it sent back and it came back burnt instead of the drive through worker checking to see if my order was correct she just gave it to me. I got it sent back a 3rd time . This time the coleslaw tasted ridiculously old. Please get a new cook or rid of items at the exact expiration date. Would not recommend, it ruined my appetite!

It’s a little hard to get to but worth the trouble. I had to go through the shopping center parking lot to get there. That’s always a problem for me. But the drive thru line was short and my order was ready when I got to the window. That was great.
