I was in the drive thru and the female that was on the headset through the drive said welcome to zaxbys what can I get for you today? I told her one minute please. She said okay take your time. Once I was ready I said ma’am twice and she didn’t say anything. When she finally answered she said, “Is everything okay are you ready to order yet.” So I felt like she was trying to be sarcastic with how she said what she said but I said yes ma’am she said what can she get for me. I told her chicken bacon ranch fries and a side of large fries with ranch sauce and zax sauce. She said anything else. I said no ma’am. The guy at the window was nice. But once I got my food I looked at it and I’m just going to be honest my fries were cold, there was barely any bacon on it, and way too much ranch. My side of fries were hot but they were hard and salty. I just wasted $12.82. I couldn’t even eat the food I had to throw it away.

Not sure if this location has a cap on sauce but I order the boneless wings meal with sweet and spicy sauce and I barley had any on my chicken. The sauce is the reason I get the meal and if I wanted just nuggets I would have went somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Sarah. I came through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon ranch quesadilla. When I opened the box, the food was cold and soggy. Since the dining room was closed, I went back through the drive-thru to request a remake.
Sarah refused to remake the food because I did not immediately have my receipt, despite the fact that I had just gone through the drive-thru and still had the untouched food in the original Zaxby’s bag and box. As a manager, she could have resolved the situation with basic courtesy and customer service.
Although I later found my receipt, the interaction was already unpleasant. Sarah demonstrated a lack of customer service skills and professionalism expected of someone in management, and additional customer service training would be beneficial. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this Zaxby’s location.

Let me start by saying I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had a problem like this, but this one was so obvious and so bad I felt the need to post for awareness. I ordered a garden salad with no chicken, not only was there chicken on the salad, but it was raw. I could see it was raw before I even opened the container so not sure how this was missed. Raw chicken is such a dangerous mistake. Super disappointing.

2 stars because my cookie butter milkshake was good. All the food was cold, toast was black, and our chicken tenders were pink. We also got 3 meals with tenders and they gave us 1 zax sauce for all 3 of our meals. This place used to be great I don’t know what happened

Bad location. They frequently pull this kind of stuff like giving you half a tender instead of a whole one or giving you ranch dipping cups when you order a salad with ranch dressing. The food already costs enough money so why are you trying to rip off your customers like this?

Food was cold and fries are always gross there now!!! I use to love this location bc I work right by it but not now. Lady at window was a little rude and not friendly and the bread on the nibblers meal was stale!!! Ewww. Thought they have changed and gave it a try and nope, food still is not cooked fresh. Was not happy at all especially with how expensive meals are. Do better!!
