Pay attention!!!
I asked for dine in and my food was bagged up. I was sitting at a table waiting for my salad when I heard my name announced. I had to walk up and get my food and ask for it to be placed on a tray. Unacceptable, Zaxby’s! Please train your staff to not be on their phones socializing and to LISTEN to what the customer says.
It’s important to have some semblance of attention and not stand around as if you don’t want to be at work. This was my lunch break and made for a less than gratifying experience.

Ordered chicken tenders shortly before closing and was served completely inedible food, dry, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. Returned immediately and spoke with the manager, but was told a refund couldn’t be issued because the registers were already closed. Very disappointing experience at the Zaxby’s on Brownsville Rd. Food quality and closing procedures need serious improvement.

So I went today 1/11/2026 and waited in line. They had a server out taking orders. It’s a younger staff. However when it came time to get my food which was $33 I waited nearly 25 min with no update on what was happening. I waved someone down. Apparently they burnt the fried pickles so they had to make more. Those too were burnt. Along with the egg roll for my Asian zalad. Although the lady who informed me what happened was great. I tend to have a super bad experience every single time I go to this particular location. My food was cold by the time they handed to me. The cookies were super cold and smashed together. I think the oil was burnt. Whomever works that area needs proper training. I waited in line so long I didn’t even want to go in and get hot food or complain anymore. It’s too much of a hassle. And these people don’t get paid enough. So I’ll leave the review here. There are no photos. I’m literally ordering pizza now.

Not sure what happened to this location, maybe they got new staff. Sat in line for 40 minutes waiting on my mobile order, I finally receive my food and it’s missing half of the entire order. Now I’ve been here for 45 minutes and they have to make the rest of my order. Then they make the rest of my order wrong so I have to give that back and have it remade again. Awful service from a location that used to be amazing.

Came through the drive-thru yesterday; the cashier didn’t read my order back to me and gave me a glob of nasty cole slaw instead of the extra fries as I asked for. Teach your employees how to read guests’ orders back to them; that’s a part of training.

I ordered about $76 worth of food for my family , all orders were correct expect for mine but I didn’t notice until I got home . I ordered wings and things with sweet and spicy chicken , my tenders and my chicken were both lemon pepper and I don’t eat that ! I called the restaurant to inform them & ask them if there was anything you needed from me when I come get the correct meal I spoke with MARCO & he assured me to just come back & get the correct meal . When I arrived they held me at the drive through for 15 minutes trying to decide if I get the food or not . Asking me to pay again 3xs , & then having there’s attitude because they had to give me the food as if it were my mistake ! The guy in the drive through told the girl to just pass me my food and tell me to have a blessed day , like it’s 8pm did I really have time to go pick up my food NO but paying that much I had to make it happen . So basically , I won’t be coming here again . A bunch of lazy kids working who have poor customer service . Marco shame on YOU for hiding in the back & not coming to the window as stated !!! Poor communication, poor customer service !!!

So it’s Superbowl Sunday. Every place was busy with customers foaming at the mouth for football so I decided to come here. Try and give this place a chance again. I was wrong. I made my order at 7:11PM and waited until 7:44PM till I went up there to see what’s going on. Lady said my food wasn’t even made yet. I got a refund. Thanks for ruining my night and wasting my time. Will not ever come back to this place again. I was furious… You could throw cold water on me and it would turn to steam.
You need to tell your staff to prioritize your customers on the inside not just ONLY focus on the people going through the drive thru. It’s so disrespectful to our time and our wallet.

On 03/1/26 2:40pm, the young Ladies about three of them who was working the front counter, had no customer service skills whatsoever. Not one of the three could tell me when my online order was going to be ready. It should not have taken more than 30 mins after I had arrived .For 5 chickens finger’s and a large fries to be made. They were more concerned with gossiping and there phone. Than doing there JOB.Management please address !

I had stopped being a “regular” customer for a longgg time… (those old fill-in chunks of lettuce) I did not like) and started doing my own salads.
I tried them again today and was “PLEASANTLY” surprised and SUPER GLAD my salad was soooo good from beginning to end.. THANKS MUCH!!!
