I normally enjoy coming to Zaxby’s and spend money here often, but my recent order was very disappointing. The food I received was not fresh and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate if my meal could be remade free of charge. I truly enjoy Zaxby’s when it’s done right, and I hope my next experience reflects the standard I know this restaurant can provide.

Went thru deice thru ordeee lemon pepper wings! Got the wings no lemon pepper and the food was cold. Drove around and back thru the drive thru they refused to redue the order and was very rude! Got home food was cold and fries was old! How do you tell a customer u won’t redue there food!!! Not happy and I want my food done correctly

I never do reviews but this Zaxby’s really deserves it! I don’t live close, I just stopped by because it’s right off the highway, and honestly it was the best experience ever. The person at the register was so warm and friendly, and everyone there had great energy — probably the best service I’ve had in my life.
The food was on point, everything super fresh, and the inside was really clean too. You can tell they actually care about their customers. If I’m ever around this area again, I’m definitely stopping here!

I went in and decided to try the fried pickles. First of all, they are wayyyy too expensive for that little bit of pickles. They were salty as hell and I couldn’t even eat them. I couldn’t even taste the pickle. I love pickles, that’s why I wanted to try them. They literally tasted like fried batter. The new assistant manager is very nice but he needs to calm

Placed a pickup Order for a Cobb salad for myself, the tomato’s were not fresh they were mushy. . I’m not a picky eater but food is just too expensive to not be fresh. Also Ordered a grilled cheese kids meal with chocolate milk. The milk was not in the bag. There wasn’t any napkins, straws or plastic ware. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to check my meal. Never had a problem with this location before.

My last 2 visits at this location ordering the traditional lemon pepper wings n things has seen me receive the same low quality food. Wings were stale and super oily, seemed to have been dipped in oil before serving “yuck”. The Ranch dressing was watery and flavorless and the fries were cold and stale as well. I threw most of the food away. I loved Zaxby’s until I visited this location. Food is more expensive but the quality has gone way down.

You never can go wrong with Zaxby’s chicken tenders! Usually, they are fleshly prepared to order, so if you order it fried, they are hot and crispy. I tried the southwest chicken salad, which had fired griell corn, tortillas chips, and tomatoes on a fresh bed of greens, topped with a chopped chicken tender. Considering the size of the salad, I thought it could’ve added another tender. Nonetheless, the flavor was good. If I order again, I would add another order of tenders just to make the portion of veggies to protein more balanced. Also, it comes with a piece of their Texas toast. My toast was not warm, which was somewhat a letdown.
