Had the BEST experience tonight! I got off work 2.5 hours late, came through the drive thru near close, and the gentleman with the dark hair and beard helped me and on top of being phenomenal my food was handled with care and fresh! Thank you!

This place is disgusting. I’ve tried several times and everytime I go it’s so cold everything is wet. They stack up chairs to either stop people from sitting in certain places or to keep people from eating in. The Coke machine is always gross covered in syrups and dirty, didn’t even want to get a drink out of it; Either that or uncovered tea. Lastly the food quality is trash. Overcooked, greasy, & sloppy assembly.

We love the food and sauces. I like the Freestyle pop machines as well to make my own drinks. Service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is a corporate policy were they charge you for sauces! I wanted to try a few of the flavors and was told that they were an up charge! Most other restaurants will give you sauces. It is frustrating especially if you get a big meal and you only get the same amount of sauce as a small meal. We will probably stick to Chick-fil-A in the future because of this.

I went in with my family to grab a quick bite to eat. Restaurant was clean, food was prepared quickly, and promotional lemon pepper chicken tenders were phenomenal. The highlight of the visit was the employee who helped us, an old older gentleman Emad. He ensured we had the correct order, despite my many substitutions and additional requests. He checked up on us multiple times throughout our meal making sure everything was okay and we had what we need. He was very polite and attentive to not only us, but the other customers and overall dining atmosphere. 10/10 would come back.

This is the second time in a row that we have ordered here and they really shorted us on the fries. Every single kids meal had a total of about 9 fries. We went back and they gave us more, but they thought we were not dining in.

Night crew half asses everything. Wouldn’t come here past 4 pm it’s always a mistake. Every single time I come here at night, without fail, there’s barely any sauce, barely any toppings and this fast food restaurant is just too expensive to cheap out on portions. I think it’s overpriced and overrated, from what I’m saying there’s only children working there they goof off to take forever they’re nice enough but they don’t get in a hurry for you and you wait forever for your food and really it’s just a little above average of any fast food except the ones that just really suck but it is way too expensive

Went around 9:45pm on a Thursday 10-17-24, all the lights were out outside, no signage ,absolutely nothing was on, customers were still eatting inside with all the exterior lights off I’m sure to give the impression they were closed … Probably time to recruit another TENURED closing manager … me knowing the closing time I pulled up to the window and no one said anything eventually I pulled to the window the guy was smiling in humor along side of the rest of the crew knowing they were clearly not following policy by not servicing the drive thru… it was even MORE HILARIOUS when I took my husbands phone to take pictures – I know …very corporate of me …as I was taking a picture of the hours of operation …to no surprise they came running to the door in panic…Kids …I asked …” so you all are closed?”…. The young lady tells me no …. I drove off … at this point why would I even trust getting food made from these little savages lol … do better Zaxbys
