I was there today. I don’t live far from the restaurant but my food isn’t even warm, much less hot. I shouldn’t have to heat food I just got. The fries and chicken look and taste like yesterday. I asked for a lot of ice for my drink. I barely have any ice. Waste of my time and money.

I hope I get her name right. Shaina was honestly the absolute best part of my visit. Energy speaks volumes. She was super sweet and just so pleasant! Absolute perfect costumer service. Definitely deserves a raise and recognition. I’ve been in the service industry for 17 years so i truly get it. Oh yeah & those new Lemon pepper wings were delicious and crispy.!

Brought this cobb salad from Zaxby’s last night what is cobb about this salad?Nothing! I live in this area and I quit going there before because the staff works drive thru is horrible and nasty attitude when you complain but what do you expect when you charge so high for this bs. Don’t eat at s.hairston horrible and the line is forever long I’m saying that because I live by Zaxby’s and it’s the truth. I had an awful day just going all wrong ! I worked over time so I’m super tired . I get to this location I’m so grateful for the team that was here working. I love this location!! When I tell yall they made my Cobb salad soo fresh and the grilled chicken was so juicy I will be back. I love this location and I see whomever is running this place got everything in order. I tried their new Signature spicy Chicken sandwich combo with fries and a sweet tea. First off, the meat itself was very good and tender. Not as crispy as I’d hope but still good. The sauce has a little heat to it but nothing overboard and the pickles were a nice touch. The fries had seasonings on them which was different. All in all it is a very good sandwich. Just needs to be crispy and we would be gucci!!

In what world do you order three wings and things meals and ask for an extra zax sauce and end up getting no zax sauce at all and two salad dressing packs smh. I mean why charge me for the zax sauce if you didn’t have any or you weren’t planning on giving me any. Not only was the mill not correct. You cheated me out of my money. Oh and don’t forget the 30 minute wait in the drive-thru line. By the time I got out of the line with my food and drove around the building to go inside to let them know about the Zax sauce not being in my bag The door was locked and it was only 8:00 pm. We’ve got to do better in our neighborhoods with these restaurants. So disappointed.
