Update: NO Chicken was in my meal .Zaxbys cant even read my review properly so it makes sense that the workers are careless . I don’t usually write reviews, but this was ridiculous. I ordered a kid’s meal from Zaxby’s and literally got TEN fries. Not even a quarter of what should’ve come with the meal. I didn’t pay for scraps—I paid for a full meal.
The young guys working there seriously need to step it up. Pay attention to what you’re doing. People spend their hard-earned money and expect to get what they paid for. Do better.

Absolute great location. One of the best I’ve been to so far. They always get my order right, they’re super friendly, they don’t rush you, and all around great attitude and atmosphere here at this location. They seem like a nice big family with the way the staff is here. Thanks again, will keep coming back!

Worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. First off the windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Not one TV in the eating area works. The whole drink machine was down and barely dispensed water. There was no soap in the bathroom of either restroom so who knows if they wash their hands. All around a 10/10 worst eating experience I’ve ever had an a Zaxbys.

Driving through stopped at Zaxby’s. I had a chicken finger meal. It was good. We also met a young lady named Shalon. She had great customer service her nice personality that stood out. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely stop by again. Clean restaurant and a nice atmosphere for a fast food restaurant.

I paid for a large order of French fries with my meal . The amount of fries in the meal box is the size of a regular. I get a large all the time so I know the amount I should have . They insisted that it was a large so I paid for an additional order of fries and what I got is in the small box. As you can see, there’s literally the same amount of fries in the small box that there is in the meal box. There are no extra fries under the chicken either. FYI . It’s just that corner. I placed both sets of fries on 2 plates at home for a better visual. There should be a CLEAR difference between a regular size and a large size because there is a price difference. Will not return to this location again. If you pay extra for something, you should get it. Without having to spend ADDITIONAL money just because you didn’t get what you were supposed to get in the first place.

Can be hit or miss. When ordering amd dining there, order is usually correct and food is hot and fresh. I mostly order to go, and nearly always have issues – food is either not ready while walking ins get their food first, wrong items in order, or food not placdd under “online ordering” sign. This week after 20 mins after promised time they found my food in drive thru counter. Funny as it was labeled online order, yet wasn’t put there – getting food shouldn’t be this hard! Got boneless wings 32 minutes after I ordered – do better!

Service way to slow.Drive through pull up food wasn’t ready. Told to wait. Waited 25 minutes in my car before I had to go inside and get my food that was just sitting there. Not happy with salad quality after I finally get it

I rarely do reviews so this has to be serious. I badly wanted fries and a frozen lemonade. Should have known things were going to go bad when I get to the mic and you can barely hear the server. I asked clearly for a large fry and a strawberry lemonade. Please tell me when I pull around I am handed a large sprite and a poorly made strawberry lemonade. With confusion on my face, I said I asked for a large fry not a large drink. The young lady with the multi colored braids looked at me with disgust like I was in the wrong. As a matter of fact the entire crew looked lost and confused like they didn’t know what they were doing. The young man was extremely helpful when I ordered my fries. Get my fries and drive off. Next time I would open the box before driving off because who wants burnt fries with barely and salt and absolutely no seasoning salt. It is abundantly clear the crew on staff are just there to be there and just handing off sub par prepared items with no care for quality. Will make sure I don’t visit this location again. The one of Buford Highway is much better. It’s out of the way but I’ll take the drive for quality.

The food is inedible, I ordered 2 meals and we couldn’t eat them, the amount of salt was ridiculous, if you suffer from blood pressure stay away from this place. I also ordered a shake and they forgot my cherry ☹️. My order was in the app and when it arrived they gave me an incorrect one, it can happen but to wait for my order I had to wait too long. I’m not coming back here
