I walked over for dinner from the Wellstar emergency room. It was about 3/4 miles and was not a bad walk. I had the 5 finger dinner with fries and Freestyle pop. The chicken was hot and tasty, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. I love the Freestyle coke machines so you can add flavors to your pop. I will be back next time we are in the hospital.

I came here an hour and half before they closed. Ordered the chicken sandwich meal. These are the fries. Not even a handful and the chicken sandwich was even cooked all the way. Absolutely awful, I’m disgusted. 10/4, especially with the Salmonella outbreak happening now

Ughhhhh I lovedddd it here ❤️❤️❤️!! The cashiers welcomed me and my family with a wonderful atmosphere and lovely smiles! The service here was great, they got my order right, and they brought the food to our table! I will be coming back, definitely my go to restaurant. ♾️/10! I recommend! ❤️

Walked in placed my order wait got it and walk the mile home. I sit down ready for dinner open the box i had order the nibbler meal with no sauce on the nibbler. I said that 3 times because of my dislike of mayonnaise based food items sauces and such. Yall know what i about to say…..i went to eat my nibblers and took a bite and guess ….come on it had that sauce all over each and everyone. Now there wasnt a soul in the dining room, beside my husband and my self, nobody else ordering. They had 1 car in the driveway thru, that was it. To say it was a slow day was being kind. So i had to walk a mile back up there so i could eat dinner.

This Zaxby’s became an unexpected bright spot for me during a very difficult period while my wife was in the hospital nearby. I ended up stopping in almost every day for weeks, and not once did they disappoint. The food was consistently fresh and always hot, and the service was genuinely kind each time I walked in.
In a stretch of life that felt overwhelming, this location gave me a small place to catch my breath and recharge. I’m truly grateful for how reliable and welcoming they were. Outstanding team and outstanding food.

I ordered an Asian salad online for drive thru pick-up. Normally the name on your credit card is attached to the order, but when I gave my favorite meal a name that was the name on my order. But, it was ready for pick up when I went inside. The salad was so good! Next time I’ll try the grilled chicken because the fried was a little too salty.

The church street location is the best Zaxbys location I have been to. The team members are quick and efficient in both the drive-thru and inside. The team members always greet you with a welcoming atmosphere. They are quick and don’t hesitate to give you extra sauces if needed. You can tell that the team members really value their job as a lot of the same employees have worked at this locations for years.

It is with great sadness I have to post this about one of my favorite Zaxbys locations. But I have to be honest.
Yesterday my co-worker went to this location to purchase lunch. And it seems several of the employee at this location have a card skimmer, for they used it to record his card information. Today he discovered over $600 dollars missing from his account due to unauthorized charges. Card was only used at this location. All the appropriate reports have been filed, but be careful when using your card at this location.
I tried them again, after a couple of good experiences their service deteriated to the point of out of 5 whole customers they lost my order.
Just stay away, do yourself a favor and stay away.
